Always Been You(Vikings:Ubbe Ragnarsson:Part 4){Modern Day}

*Siv's pov*

I was a nervous wreck with all this but I remained as calm as I possibly could for the sake of my daughter...Ubbe was amazing through all of this really...the house was completely destroyed it wohld cost a small fortune to fix nothing was stolen which was what was odd whoever it was was waiting on us to leave..now living with Ragnar and Aslaug wasn't so bad it was actually quite nice spending time with  Aslaug and my mother right now was great both helping me a lot to get ready for Brenna..Ubbe and I even had a small little ceremony in the house deciding to just get married instead of dragging out an engagement ....at work it was great of course having guards walking down the halls was weird but it was kind of comforting...Ivar was great he kept me calm in the office and kept my mind off everything true to his promise he stuck by my side...I was sitting at my desk going through some papers "Hey Ivar wanna order pasta?"

Ivar looked up "Pasta?"

I nodded "I want fettuccine...extra chicken...ooh and garlic knots...and cheesecake."

He laughed "Definetly carrying a Lothbrok..I'll text Ingrid have her get it.."

I smiled "You're the best."

Ivar smiled "Of course I am..Ingrid is going to get it what to drink orange soda?"

I nodded "Gods yes."

He chuckled "Done..."

I sat back "So Torvi, your Mom, and my mom are throwing a shower...Asta is coming so I want Ingrid to come."

Ivar nodded "Guys too?"

I shrugged "You would have to ask the mothers."

He smiled "I'll make sure to tell Ingrid.."

I smiled about half a hour later Ingrid arrived with food but sadly couldn't stay so Ivar and I were left to eat alone until Ubbe and Hvitserk walked in "Hi."

Ubbe leaned down pressing a kiss to my cheek "Eating without us?"

Ivar chuckled "Mama and baby were hungry so Uncle Ivar made it happen."

He laughed "I can tell..maybe I should put Ivar in charge of feeding you.."

I raised an eyebrow "Oh no you don't."

Hvitserk chuckled "Looks good."

I smiled "Want some?"

He grinned "Cheesecake too?"

I shook my head "Nope that's mine."

Hvitserk laughed "Well okay then..."

I laughed as my office became the hang out for lunch...after lunch we were getting some serious work done when a knock came to the door "Who is it?"

"Selby."

Ivar nodded "Come in."

Selby walked in "Sivi there is some package for you Mr Lothbrok said to check with you Ivar first before bringing it in.."

He nodded "Bring it in."

She nodded and walked out coming back with an envelope "Sorry Sivi Ubbe asked that Ivar receive all packages."

I nodded "Its okay Selby thank you."

Selby nodded and walked out

I looked at Ivar as he opened it "Well?"

Ivar read the paper "M...who the fuck is M?"

I took the paper reading it "You will regret the day you stole what was mine...enjoy your temporary happy ending -M.....Ivar who could be M?"
