Jack's P. O. V.

Wren had convinced me to get an umbrella for us to walk around in the rain. She was explaining that we would be fine and everything, but I didn't need to hear it. I would've done anything to make her happy.

We got an umbrella and I held it above us both as we walked through the streets of London. She'd stick her hand out and feel the light rain, a smile immediately spreading across her face.

"I just love the rain," she smiled with a sigh. I chuckled at her and she frowned.

"Are you making fun of me?" She asked.

"No, babe of course not. It's just so cute seeing you get excited," I told her. She blushed and looked down, letting her hair fall in her face.

I stopped walking and lifted her chin up, pushing the hair behind her ear.

"You're so fucking adorable," I whispered. She blushed again. I grabbed her face and kissed her lips. I pulled away and stared at her for a minute.

"Jack!" Wren shouted before stepping back and running behind me. I was confused, but when I turned I saw her running towards a puppy. It was laying on the wet sidewalk, whimpering. It was a German Shepard.

I quickly jogged over to her and held the umbrella over the three of us. Wren let the dog sniff her hand, then started to pet its shaking belly.

"What do you think is wrong with it?" I asked.

"Obviously, she's freezing. She's probably just tired, too," she said identifying its gender.

She took off my jean jacket and wrapped it around the dog before scooping her up in her arms.

"Let's go there," she said pointing to a pavilion in a park. We hurried across the street and into the small building.

"Poor baby," Wren cooed.

She started to dry the dog off with my jacket, trying to warm her up. I didn't mind that much about the jacket, dogs are more important. I watched as she carefully caressed the dog and kept her close to her body to warm her up.

"Is there a collar?" I asked. Wren gently moved the dogs fur and found a collar.

"Maggie. There's a phone number, too," she said reading the dog tag. She told me the number as I put it into my phone.

I called the owner and explained what had happened. The owner thanked me, and promised to meet us at the pavilion quickly. They hadn't gone far.

When they arrived, they were shocked to see Wren and I with their dog. It was a little boy, probably eight or nine, an older girl, maybe 14, and their dad. The girl first thanked is for finding the dog, then asked us for pictures.

As I took pictures with the girl and boy, I noticed Wren still sitting on the ground with the puppy in her lap. She was scratching her behind her ears and smiling as the dog wagged her tail.

The owners soon took the dog from Wren, thanking us again for finding their dog. We waved as they walked back into the rain. I turned around and Wren was still sitting on the ground.

"You okay?" I asked with a slight chuckle.

"That puppy was so cute!" She pouted.

"Hold on a minute," I told her. She looked confused as I backed away from her. I pulled out my phone and made a few calls.

"Okay, let's go," I told her. Again, she looked at me with confusion all over her face.

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

"Jaaaaack," she whined. I just laughed and wrapped my arm around her as we walked back into the rain.

We walked a few blocks away until we came upon a building. I covered her eyes as we walked into the office. I walked up to the front desk and gave her my name, then she took us back into a room.

"Where are we?" She asked when I uncovered her eyes.

"You'll see."

Soon there was a knock on the door and two workers came in, each holding two puppies.

"Welcome to puppy therapy!" I exclaimed. Wren put her hands over her mouth, holding in a huge gasp. The workers brought the puppies over to us, setting them in our laps. They were all Chocolate Labs, and were the cutest puppies ever.

"Jack!" Wren squealed. She picked a puppy up and held it to her face, letting it lick her.

I smiled and watched as she played with the dogs. She was so happy, and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

"I can't believe you took me to puppy therapy," she said smiling. By the time we got ready to go back to the hotel, it had stopped raining.

"I knew it'd make you happy," I told her. I held her hand as we walked the streets.

"That was literally the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me," she said hugging me. She stopped me from walking, then jumped on my back.

"Really?" I asked, laughing.

"Yeah," she said.

"You're lucky I love you."

"I sure am." I smiled and carried her all the way back to our hotel. We walked to the elevators and kissed as it went up to our floor.

"Where have you been?" Jonah asked when I walked into our room.

"What do you mean?"

"We have rehearsals in like twenty minutes. I've been calling you for the past half hour!"

"Sorry, we got caught in the rain," I said partially lying.

"Okay well hurry and get ready. Wren are you coming with us?" Jonah asked.

"I guess so," she sighed.

"They're gonna have food," I told her.

"I'm in!"
