Wren's P. O. V. *2 months later*

"Where were you?" Jack asked. I had just walked into our room and he was sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Jonah and I went to get some coffee," I told him putting my purse down.

"You and Jonah?" He asked.

"Yeah," I said slowly.

"I could've taken you to get coffee."

"I know, but you were still sleeping when I woke up and Jonah wanted to talk. Is that not okay?"

"No it's fine." He sighed and I knew something was wrong.

"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked sitting next to him. I put my hand in his.

"You've just been spending a lot of time with Jonah lately. Going to the beach, getting coffee, playing video games."

"We're friends. I play video games with all of the guys."

"Yeah but you're always alone with Jonah."

"What are you saying?" I asked.

"Nothing, it doesn't matter."

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah." He gave me a smile that I knew was fake, then kissed me.

He went to the bathroom and showered, leaving me alone with my thoughts. He wasn't worried about Jonah and I, was he? Jonah's just a good guy friend that I can talk to. Nothing else.

Jack said it was fine, so I shook it off. I didn't wanna dwell on it too much.

I went over to my laptop and checked my email seeing a few asking if I could take pictures at their events. I had started my own business for photography and I'd gotten a lot of requests. I was busy most nights, which might be why Jack is so worried. We haven't spent a lot of time together lately.

"Hey Jack?" I asked knocking on the bathroom door when I heard the shower turn off.

"Yeah?" He opened it and let me into the steamy bathroom.

"Jack, I'm sorry I've been distant. It's just work. And Jonah's just my friend. Jess is busy with Daniel most of the time so I had to find someone else to talk to."

"It's okay babe, really. I'm sorry for overreacting."

I looked him up and down and smirked when I noticed he was only in a towel. I got an idea.

"Do you think we could have the place to ourselves tonight? Like see if the guys can go somewhere else?" I asked putting my hand on his shoulder and looking into his eyes while biting his lip.

"We were all planning on going to Logan's, b-but I can stay home."

"That's a good idea." I smirked. I grabbed his face and kissed his lips before turning around and walking out of the bathroom.

"Shit," I heard him curse under his breath as I walked away.

I went and answered some of the emails, confirming dates and times and boring details like that. Then I went into our closet to change out of my pajamas.

I grabbed black ripped jeans and Jack's red sweatshirt. I went back out into the room and started changing. I was standing in just my jeans and my bra when I felt arms wrap around my waist. I saw Jack's curls and smiled. He kissed my shoulders making me giggle.

"I've missed this so much," I told him.

"Maybe if you weren't so busy..."

"Excuse me, you're pretty busy yourself. With all the time you spend in the studio."

"I know, I'm sorry."

"We need to make time for each other."

"That's what we're doing tonight, right?"

"Definitely."

He squeezed my ass before walking out of the room. I shook my head, smiling as I put the sweatshirt on. I went to put on some makeup then went downstairs. All the guys were playing fortnite on their phones, except for Daniel. He was playing with Blue.

"Where's Jess?" I asked.

"She's in the zone right now," he chuckled. Ever since we got back from Australia, she'd been writing nonstop. I guess she had an idea, but none of us knew what.

"Fun." I went and sat between Jack and Jonah on the couch. Jack wrapped his arm around me and scooted me closer to him.

Jack's P. O. V.

"Babe, Zach and I are gonna go to the gym I'll be back in an hour or so," I told Wren. She was uploading some pictures from the wedding she worked the night before onto her laptop.

"Okay. I think Jess and I are gonna go to the mall in a bit."

"Okay. I'll see you later."

I kissed her goodbye and walked out with my gym bag. I drove Zach and I to the gym and we both did our workouts.

"I'm so out of shape," Zach said panting.

"Same bro. We need to workout more often," I chuckled as I grabbed my water bottle.

We both went to grab our bags. I checked my phone and saw it blowing up with notifications from all social medias. Everything led to these pictures of Jonah and Wren. The first ones they were just laughing together, but I shut my phone off in anger once I saw the last ones.

Wren's P. O. V.

"I got what I wanted for Jack. I'm ready to leave, are y'all?" I asked. Jess, Jonah, and Corbyn all agreed and we made our way to the car. Tomorrow was our one year anniversary so I went to buy him some presents.

When we got home I walked into our room to see Jack sitting on the bed with his head in his hands. Blue came running towards me and jumped up at me.

"You think I wouldn't find out?" He asked softly.

"Find out what?" I asked closing the door.

"Don't be so stupid. I know what's going on."

"What's going on?"

"Wren, don't lie to me. You know exactly what's going on."

"What?"

"You've been lying to me this whole time. Ever since we got back from Australia it's always been about Jonah."

"So that's what this is about? Jack there's nothing going on!"

"Then what's this?" He asked showing me his phone. It was a picture of two people that looked like Jonah and I, but it wasn't us. The two people were holding hands in one picture and in the other they were kissing.

"That's not me, Jack!"

"I can't believe you'd cheat on me and then lie about it to my face."

"I'm not lying!"

"We're done." My heart broke. Jack and I both had tears streaming down our faces.

"Jack! Please!"

"Just go, you slut!" I felt my heart shatter into a million pieces and fall to the ground.

I stood there, staring at Jack for a second. I was waiting for him to realize he was wrong. To realize that I would never cheat on him. But he didn't. He stared at me, and I could see his broken heart through his eyes.

"Happy one year anniversary," I said throwing the bags at him before grabbing Blue and walking out.

I didn't even bother to wipe my tears. I grabbed my keys from the kitchen table and walked outside, not even stopping when Jess and Daniel asked what had happened.

I didn't have anywhere to go in California. Jack was my only option. But now I didn't have that. So I drove straight to the airport.
