Wren's P. O. V.

After three days, Nicki was still sick. I had called her mom and she said to take her to an ER and if it came to it, she'd pay for a ticket to fly her home. I expected both of us to fly home, but she said without a doubt I could stay.

After visiting the ER with a worried Jack, they told us she had the flu. It was too late to take the medicine that would fix it, but they said it wasn't safe to fly until she was healthy.

Nicki said that if she had to wait until she was healthy to fly, she should just stay. Naomi said otherwise. She was sick another three days, then she finally got her energy back. I had stayed with her in Brussels so she could get better, and we were meeting the guys in Paris. Naomi agreed to let her stay one more night, only because it was Paris.

"You feeling okay?" I asked probably every 20 minutes.

Every time she would roll her eyes and nod her head. We were on the train to Paris that day. The guys had just performed their show in Brussels, but we left before it ended so we could get to our hotel before midnight.

"Are you there yet?" Jack asked on the phone. They had just finished and were at the hotel packing.

"Not yet, just another half hour," I told him looking at the time.

"Okay. How's Nicki?"

"She's okay. She looks tired, she'll probably crash as soon as we get to the hotel," I said noticing her blank stare at the seat in front of us.

"Okay. I'll stop by your room when we get there if you're still awake."

"Okay. How was the show?"

"Great, I wish you could've stayed until the end. You missed Trust Fund Baby," he said. His whiny tone was noticeable through the phone.

"I'm sorry. But it's not like I don't hear it every other night," I chuckled.

"Yeah. I gotta go, the bus is leaving," he said.

"Okay, love you."

"Love you too. Bye babe."

I hung up just before Nicki put her head in my lap. I don't know how she was comfortable. She cuddled up next to me and poked my leg. I knew she was silently asking me to play with her hair. I ran my fingers through her hair with one hand and took some pictures of the skyline outside as we started pulling into the city.

"Bienvenue à Paris. Welcome to Paris," the speaker overhead said. I woke up Nicki and gathered our stuff as the train pulled into the station.

I called an uber to drive us to the hotel. On the way, I texted Jack and Naomi to let them know we made it okay. We checked into our hotel room and went right up.

"Goodnight!" Nicki sang hopping onto one of the big beds. I chuckled and put my stuff on the other bed.

"I wanna explore Paris!" Jonah whined.

"Please just watch Nicki so I can take Wren on a date," I asked. "You can explore Paris with Nicki if she wants."

"Fine, but only because I love little kids," he shrugged.

"Thank you!" I said. I went to the bathroom and fixed my hair. Jonah and I walked over to Wren's room and knocked on the door.

"Hey Jack, hey Jonah. What's up?"

"I'm taking you on a date," I said.

"What? I need time to get ready!" I looked her up and down, smirking.

"You look great," I told her. She smiled and blushed.

"Okay, let me through so I can get away from this," Jonah said squeezing by Wren.

"I asked Jonah to watch Nicki so I could take you out on a date," I told her smiling.

"Well," she looked back into the hotel room then back at me. "Okay. Let's go."

She grabbed her purse and her shoes then followed me to the elevator.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"Um, the Eiffel Tower obviously. I made reservations at the restaurant."

"We're going to the Eiffel Tower and I'm wearing this?" She asked looking down at her outfit. She was wearing a pair of ripped jeans, a black crop top, and a flannel that was mine but I didn't mind.

"You look perfect Wren," I told her putting my hands on her waist.

"Thank you," she blushed. I pulled her close to me and kissed her lips.

We heard the elevator ding then a quiet, "oh my gosh!"

I pulled away and saw a girl standing there. She happened to be wearing a Why Don't We shirt.

"Hey," I chuckled.

"I didn't mean to interrupt, sorry," she said stepping into the elevator.

"It's okay," Wren smiled.

"Do you mind if I ask for a picture?" She asked sweetly.

"Of course."

"I'll take it," Wren said.

"Okay but then I want one with you too."

I stood with the girl and took a few pictures. The elevator dinged again and we all walked out saying goodbye to each other.

Wren and I hopped into the uber and rode to the Eiffel Tower. We stood outside and took some pictures. I watched as Wren held her camera up and took beautiful pictures. She was so focused, and she looked so hot.

"Let me take some pictures," I said taking the camera from her hands. She stood next to me, but I shook my head. "I meant pictures of you."

"No, that's okay," she said waving me off.

"Get in front of the camera, Wren," I chuckled. She agreed and went and posed for the camera.

She walked back over to me after a few and looked at the pictures with me.

"Damn," I said admiring her.

"Whatever. Your turn." She took some pictures of me and then we took some pictures together.

"Okay let's go so we won't be late," I said taking her hand.

"Ready to go to the top?" I asked her. We had just finished our desserts.

"Yeah," she smiled. I paid for the meal and we walked to the elevators to take us to the top.

I slid my arm around her waist while we went up. We walked around the balcony, watching the sky as the sunset. We took more pictures together. It started getting darker and the stars came out.

"Thank you for tonight," she said.

"You're welcome," I told her pulling her in for a hug.

"I had a lot of fun," she said kissing my cheek.

"No, no, no. That's not how you do it," I told her. She looked at me confused. I smirked, then leaned in and kissed her lips.

"That's how you do it," I told her pulling away. She rolled her eyes and laughed right after then kissed me again.
