Lucy's POV

I wake up to the light flooding the room through the curtains. It takes me a minute to adjust to my surroundings. I don't realize where I am until I see Ansel beside me and it all comes back to me.

Ansel sleeping is quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen. He's adorable any other time, but right now he's extra adorable.

I check my phone. It's 9:26. Ansel should be up soon.

To my relief, a few minutes later, Ansel starts stirring. He looks up at me and says, "Good morning, beautiful." I can't help but smile.

"Same to you, cutie," I say and jokingly pinch his cheeks.

"So, how'd you sleep?" He asks.

"Great, since you were here. Thank you for making me feel safe."

"Of course, you are my girlfriend." He says with a giddy smile. Man, this boy knows exactly what to say.

Ansel's POV

Lucy and I just decided to have a lazy day at my house. We made some breakfast, now we're watching a movie. We're laying on the couch and she's playing with my hands. She's so cute.

"So, you haven't said much about your family, Ansel."

This kind of caught me off guard.

"There's nothing much to tell. What do you want to know?"

"What are they like? Would I be friends with your sister? You know, stuff like that." She says.

"Well, they're all pretty nice people, very passionate about their work, goal-orientated, and dedicated to everything they love. They've taught me that failure is not an option. And yeah, you probably would be friends with my sister."

"Maybe I'll have the pleasure of meeting her someday." She says.

"Same with your family. I'd love to meet the rest of them." I smile, picturing her with her brothers, them teasing her, her blushing. I can't wait until that day comes.

Lucy's POV

After Ansel and I watch a movie, we decide to get up and do something. I go into the bathroom to fix my hair and brush my teeth. I had not thought I'd be sleeping over, so I didn't have any supplies.

Part of me thinks this 'relationship' is moving too fast. I mean, we've only officially been in a relationship since last night, and we've already slept together. I guess it isn't that big of a deal, I've slept in the same bed as boys before. And we only slept.

As I'm finishing up in the bathroom, I hear voices in the house. I think about just staying in the bathroom, but my curiosity gets the best of me and I slowly open the door. I peek through and see a man, his back facing me, talking to Ansel.

Ansel's eyes catch mine and he doesn't look panicked, so I walk out to where they're standing in the kitchen.

The man turns around and all the attention in the room is on me.

Well, this is awkward.
