Lucy's POV

"Well, that was hot." Ansel says, smirking.

"You're an ass." I say, rolling my eyes.

"You're adorable when you're mad."

"Well, you are too. I guess we both have bad tempers."

"You got that right."

"First things first, I need to move out."

"What? Right now?" He seems shocked.

"Yes, right now. Who knows what she could do to my stuff? For all I know, she could set my stuff on fire! I'm not taking any chances."

What a day. One of my best friends turned out to be a dirty whore. My trust for her was completely shattered, and thanks to her, it'll be hard for me to trust girls again.

"Are you okay? From the fight and everything? Physically?" Ansel looks into my eyes.

"Yes, I'm fine. I'm just really pissed, that's all." I'm glad I'm pissed at Kat instead of Ansel, because not too long ago I thought mine and Ansel's relationship was over.

He kisses me on the forehead and gives me a long hug.

"Okay, well I'll ask Cory if he'll help move your stuff, so we can do it faster."

"I guess I'll call my dad to tell him I'm moving home. He'll probably be happy so I can take care of my mom."

My relationship with my mom has improved very much. I don't take things for granted anymore. Whenever I get mad or annoyed, I put myself in her shoes.

After Ansel asks Cory, and he accepts, we go to my dorm. It sucks that I won't have the 'college experience', but my real home isn't far away, so hopefully I'll still get the full effect.

We arrive at the dorm and Kat isn't there, thank goodness. We don't take any chances, we pack everything up in record time. As we're preparing to take the last load of things to the car, the devil herself walks into the room.

"Long time no see. What's going on?" She snarls.

"Kat, don't start it." Cory warns.

"It's unfortunate how this living arrangement didn't work out, but now I guess I get the whole room to myself!" She plops down on her bed.

"Get a life." Ansel says, annoyed.

The whole time, I stay quiet. I know if I say something, I will want to go further and hurt her. In the end, it wouldn't turn out well.

"C'mon guys. Lets go." I tell Ansel and Cory. We leave and I never turn back.
