10.| BingBing-Jie and Bread

Hello Jennings!!!

I'm so sorry I haven't updated any of my books for the past week. I had this essay I wanted to finish up first, and I also had my spring break coming up, which has already started. I thought I should finish my homework and then work on the books later.

So I apologize if you had waited, and stayed up late. Please forgive me. 

In return, I will update every day for you~

I won't promise it will be the 3 books every day, but I will update anyone of them every day. Does that make sense?

Your POV

"Yuejia, I'm going to get some fruits, can you grab the bread?" Jiang ordered. I held her back and pouted. "What?"

"Can we get candy?" I asked. Jiang shook her head and tried to walk away. I held her wrist and then got on my knees and begged her. Yes, I'm on my knees in a supermarket, begging my best friend for candy.

"What the hell Yuejia!! You're so embarrassing!" He half screamed.

"Please!!! I'm craving candy!!" Jiang then sighed hard and nodded. I immediately jumped to my feet and hugged her. "I love you~ Jiang!" With that, I let go and ran to the candy aisle.

"Hm? Yuejia? Is that you?" I stopped what I was doing and turned to the voice. 

"Oh! BingBing-jie~!" I sang hugging her. She was slightly shorter than me so I have to bend down a bit, but not a lot.

"How are yo- hm? Who is this?" I asked, smirking. There was a gentleman who wrapped his arms around BingBing-jie's waist. She blushed a bit before smiling.

"Remember Yuejia, I told you I had a boyfriend... and this is him," 

"Ohhh. I see. Hi~ I'm Zhen Yuejia, the pleasure to meet the famous boyfriend," I said as we both shook hands. 

"Aha, I'm Li Chen!" He said back. I furrowed my brows together as he introduced himself. 

"Li Chen? The actor?"

"Bingo!" He snapped his fingers.

"Wow... Jiejie~ Your quite lucky aren't you?" I teased.

"Are you coming for dinner? I'm sure BingBing would love to have you there for the exciting news," Chen-ge said, I raised my brow and looked over at her, with a smirk. I wonder what this news is...

"Exciting news? Please. Elaborate," BingBing-jie elbowed Chen-ge, making me more curious. 

"Well... me and Chen here are engaged," I covered my mouth as my mouth was hanging open. "Oh-Oh! Congrats~!!! Show me the rock. Please, I need to see what kind of diamond the famous actor would get for Fan BingBing," 

She raised her left hand and boom... it blinded me. "Woah... it's so beautiful!" 

"Thank you~! So will you come tonight? Mama and papa miss their Yueyue," I smile softly before nodding. "Yeah... I'll be there,"

"Great!! Aha!! I'm so excited for you to be there now. Oh! Dress nice okay?"

"Yes ma'am," With that remark, she and Chen-ge left. 

"Um... is it just me? Or are my ears defected?" I turned around and saw Jiang. "Because what the hell?! Did you just agree to go to the Fan household?" I avoid her gaze. "Oh my god. You did! Why?! You do realize you're going to see him there right?!"

"Course I do... but she brought up Mama and Papa Fan... I felt bad," Jiang then slapped the back of my head. "This is why you're the youngest!" Then another slap. "This is why we protect you from the world!" And another... "This is why I told you to get bread! And not candy!" 

"Wait!! What does this have to do with me going over to his house?" Jiang shrugged. "I don't know. I just know that you should be getting bread before I kick your ass,"

I quickly ran off, grabbed the bread that we needed and ran back to her. I felt her glare at me while we were paying.

"I swear to god Zhen Yuejia. I have no idea what is going on in your damn head. Oh... you also grabbed the wrong kind of bread!" She yelled. I rolled my eyes as I walked to put it back, and grabbed the "right" one... 

"Is this the right one?" She then rubbed her chin. "Actually, maybe the one you grabbed before was the right one," I then threw the loaf of bread at her and walked off.

"That's it! You can get your own bread... I don't care anymore. I can leave without them. All bread is the same; I don't get the hell why it's so important,"

"YAH! Zhen Yuejia! Get back here!"

"Yeah on second thought- No. You can get your own bread and pay it. I'm leaving,"
