32.| Misunderstanding

Your POV

When I woke up this morning. I realized that I wasn't in my own room, remembering that I stayed over at Ling Chao's house last night.

I stretched my arms in the air, kicking the blanket to the side. I noticed how it was still early. So I decided to make breakfast for Ling Chao and his roommates. I made them something quick and simple. They all thanked me and ate. It honestly looked like they haven't eaten a home cooked meal in a while.

After that, Ling Chao and I got ready for school. Our walk there was quite. Peaceful. There wasn't an awkward silence or anything. It was like, nice walking peace with each other.

"Hey, Yuejia. Don't you need to change into your uniform?" I looked down at myself and face-palmed myself. 

"I'll just call Jiang and tell her to bring my uniform to school." I dialled her phone number and pressed it against my ear. Hoping and praying that she would answer and have not left the house already. 

-PHONE CALL-

"ZHEN YUEJIA!" 

I pulled the phone away from my ear, while my face scrunched up from her yelling. 

"WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN ALL NIGHT?!"

"Jeez, I stayed over at Ling Chao's last night... chill."

"I called Fan ChengCheng and asked if you were with him!"

"Why would I be with him?"

"I don't know! ANYWAYS WHY DID YOU CALL ME?!"

"I called to ask if you could bring my uniform to school."

"Yeah, I'll bring it. I see you at school."

-PHONE CALL ENDED-

"Yuejia!" Ling Chao tapped my shoulder and pointed over to Jiang who was running over to me with my uniform.

"Here's your uniform." She hands. Then right after she avoids me. But I eyed her in a teasing way. 

"So... you sleep well last night?" She then blushes a bright, crimson red. I nudged her arm 3 times in a row, just to annoy her even more. 

"Aha!! Yuejia! Stop it..." She whined. I then stopped because she looked very embarrassed and maybe if I teased her even more, she would cry.

"Anyways. I'm heading to class." I bid farewell to Ling Chao and Jiang, then headed into the washroom, changing, after that. It was class time.

I sat down in my seat and minded my own business. After 2 periods passed, it was break time. I was the last one to leave the classroom since I stayed back and asked about the test we had later today. 

When I finally left the classroom ChengCheng was standing there, leaning against the wall. He lifted up his head slightly and glared at me. 

"Where did you go last night?"

I sighed a bit while cursing underneath my breath. "I stayed over to Ling Chao's last night. Why?"

"What the hell? Why did you go to him? What happened after my parents dropped you off at your house?"

"Jiang brought her boyfriend over. I didn't want to disturb her." I explained, but that just seemed to make him more upset.

"So you decided it was a good idea to head over to your ex-boyfriend's house?!"

"Yeah. I did. " I challenged him. "What? You wanted me to come over to your house?"

"And if I did?"

My hands gripped the hem of my skirt tightly. 

"Don't. You forget Fan ChengCheng," I warned. "I dated you too. Which makes you also my ex-boyfriend." 

I angrily walked away from him. I cursed under my breath. 

"I hate how he is against me having friends!"

"Zhen Yuejia~! Let's go shopping!" LouLou and Jiang both said in sync. Yorong would be with us too, but she's out with Yanjun. I think she said that she's going to help him study or something. 

They 3 of us just wandered the mall, looking around. Listening to Jiang and LouLou talking about guys and what not.

"Hey! Did you finish watching Meteor Garden?" 

"Aha yeah! Me and Yorong finished it like last week." LouLou said back with excitement. Speaking of Meteor Garden. Jiang and I did finish it as well, but I honestly thought that the last 9 episodes were just dragging it on. Like! How did Shancai faint?!

But damn... F4 are so good looking... Man. I would do anything to meet them.

"Hey, helloooo! Earth to Zhen Yuejia." LouLou waved her hand in my face. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at the both of them cluelessly. "What are you thinking about? Hm? Fan ChengCheng?" 

I shook my head. "No. I was thinking about F4."

"Tch. Hmh. Anyways. I think you should forgive ChengCheng." Jiang answered back. 

"Why? He's being rude and senseless." I snapped slightly. 

"Jeez. You guys are like an old married couple." 

"Okay, stop about me. You wanna tell me who the hell you had sex with last night?" After I said that, Jiang cupped her hands over my mouth with a red face. "Zhen. Yuejia. We are in public!" She yelled.

I pushed her hand away and still talked about what happened last night. "Answer the question, Jiang."

"E-Eh! Hey! Is that Dylan Wang!"
