Anger Like Venom:
It's sharp and it's unsafe
A venomous anger I try to replace.
It burns and it harms,
Melting skin to bone and breaking hearts.
It does not think
It simply acts.
It lashes out
Waiting for its next attack.

Scrub Harder:
And like how one washes old clothes
I am desperately trying to wash away
The memory left by you.
Hands scrubbed raw
While finger tips bleed.
I don't want to have your hand prints
lingering on my skin anymore.
I want to be clean.
To be clean of you.
