Chapter 15:Exams Exams Exams!

"Wake up sis!" I heard Lea said downstairs waking me up "What day is it today?" I said checking my phone for the date "Sunday.." I said and slowly something hit me "Exams!" I said getting up and fixing my bed quickly "God I forgot its today!" I said going down quickly to have some time to study "Breakfast is her-" my mother was cut off when I sat down quickly and ate quickly too without any manners "What the" she said "See thats why you shouldn't have been texting Lee the whole night" Lea said as she saw my eye bags "I wasn't!" I said while my mouth still had food it in "Why are you such in a hurry?" she said "Cause I need to study" I said "Well there's the bus ride oh wait you might waste that time talking to Lee" she said "Whatever" I said finishing my food and took my towel and took a bath.After a few minutes I finished my bath and went to my room to get clothes "Umm you and you" I said taking a shirt with a hand heart design and jeans and went downstairs with my small bag and waited outside studying more about the periodic table.I got halfway through the table when the bus arrived.I got in and went to my seat and once we reached Lee's house I finished studying the periodic table "Lee" I said "Mhmm?" he said "Can you test me on the periodic table.I know you need to study but I just wanna see if my knowledge is goo-" I was cut off when he interrupted me "I get it I get it you don't need to make an essay" he said taking my book "Sorry" I said "Aight what's the first 10 elements in the periodic table?" he said "Hydrogen,Helium,Lithium,Beryllium,Boron,Carbon,Nitrogen,Oxygen,Fluorine and Neon" I said "Wow you actually memorized the first ten" he said surprised "Thanks" I said and he proceeded asking me more questions until I completed the table "How bout you?" I said "Aight here" he said giving me the book "What is Sc" I said "I forfeit!" he said quickly "You can't escape Lee" I said "Fine..umm Scandinavian?" he said "Thats people from Scandinavia" I said "Ehh same thing" he said "Fe?" I said "Iron" he said "Ok this one is easy Ne?" I said "Neon" he said "How about L-" I was cut off by Lee "Love..." he said "That isn't an element" I said "And its not even what Li stands for" I added "Wow you are actually really serious about your studies" he said "Oh umm sorry about that" I said closing the book "No its fine" he said "Soooo the radio thing huh" I said "What about it?" he said "So your basically gonna be like a radio dj?" I said "Im not sure though cause I will have a partner with the radio thing and I don't know who" he said "And Zachery did say that the partner will be chosen by voting of the different classes in our grade" he added "3 classes to vote eh?All of them are 40" I said "Yeah lots of people if you ask me" he said "Anyways did you study anything?" I said "No duh" he said "Duh?" I said "You wanna make me search up the meaning of duh?" he said bringing out his phone "No its just you don't usually use that word" I said "Ehh true" he said "Guess its those days again" he said "Where we can't even talk normally?" I said "Yeah..." he said "I'm just gonna listen to music" he said placing on his earphones "Ill study I guess" I said bringing out my math book while Lee listens to music.

POV Switch:Lee
I looked outside the window while listening to music "God Im bored" I thought to myself and suddenly my phone vibrated "New message" I read with my eyes seeing the notification from Zachery.

Zachery:Guess who is your partner for the radio station
Me:Im not a mind reader
Zachery:Starts with an X
Me:Xylon?
Zachery:You know it but ya don't wanna say it don't cha?
Me:Fuck you
Zachery:Hahah I'll announce it later at our break at the library
Me:Yeah yeah

Our conversation stopped when the bus stopped at the school "Xandra,Xandra,Xandra!" I said bringing her back to this world "Huh?" she said "We're here" I said "You really take your studies seriously" I said as we both went down "I need to study a lot so my future would be great and I would be able to help my family" she said "Family comes first for you eh?" I said "Yeah" she said as she went up "You aren't gonna go up?" she said halfway up the stairs "I just gotta do something" I said waiting for her to go up.

Few Minutes Later
"So why did you ask me to come here?" Jen said "The thing we talked about yesterday" I said "Ahh ok a poem usually goes A,B,A,B or A,A,B,B and the one I personally use is A,A,A,A then B,B,B,B but I suggest you use A,A,B,B 'cause its much more easier for you since ya know your a beginner" she said "Why are you asking for this again?" she said "I need it" I said "You planning to be an English Major?" she said "Something along this lines" I said getting up "First day for you in this school eh?" I said as she stood too "Yup" she said "Good luck" I said going near the stairs "You'll need it if you are our proctor" I said going up "Thanks" I heard her say before I reached the upper part of our school "Exams...time to fail" I thought to myself as I entered my classroom and sat in my seat "Do you know who is our proctor?" I heard a soft whisper from the back "I don't know but I think it could be the new teachers" I said accidentally eavesdropping "Lee!" I heard someone call me outside.I went out and saw it was Jen that was calling me "Almost forgot to say" she said "Say...?" I said "Im your proctor" she said "Great!" I said "And the thing is I'm going to be a teacher for your class English subject and yeah" she said "So why did you tell me this?" I said "Cuz I wanted to give you back this" she said handing me a paper folded "Oh...."
