Chapter 31b:Broken Hearts

AN:This whole ending is based off when Lee doesn't take the offer of Domino and begins during the phone call of Domino.

"I won't take it,I feel as if maybe I might be an artist in making coffee" I said
"Well that sucks" Domino said "It's fine though,good luck Lee" she hang up the phone and I stood there looking at the box of memories that I thought I burned but didn't and looked at memories that Xandra and I had.I smiled looking through them reliving every single memory.Yet those memories didn't keep me happy.Days past yet no response from Xandra not even a simple seen yet this didn't make me give up this only made me go forward more and work harder to reach her,for us to see each other once again.

It's been three years already and I've git enough to get to Seoul and scour for her yet fate had other plans. Everything was set and I was about to book a trip when my credit card that held a lot of money was declined as it had no balance and I was confused as I checked it early morning and it had $40,000 more than enough for the trip to Seoul and the accommodation there. I checked my bank account and it had not even a single cent at all and I felt as if all the blood in my system was gone. I panicked and realized there was only one explanation how my money disappeared, I was phished or hacked. After that time when I was so close yet so far from booking the trip everything went to shit. Bad luck stroke me everytime I got the money enough to reach Seoul over and over until I gave up, I've spent too much time about a girl that barely remembers me anymore and isn't stuck working in a cafe.

Years past and I continued with my life without her. It was impossible at first to do that but overtime I got used to not talking to anyone and focusing on my studies I was once again the outcast. I would still talk to my friends like Zachery and Anne but not too much as I didn't really know them fully and every conversation we would have was short and wasn't really fun at all so I stuck looking down on my phone and listening to music and learning new ways to blend different coffee flavors to make something original. I moved on, I had forgotten about her.

I was watching the contestants for the drawing portion of the Sakura festival when my phone dinged. I opened it and the notification I saw made me scared and happy, it was her. I held the phone for a few good minutes and when I tried to text her back my phone was out of my hands and someone took it. "Shit!" I swore and started running after the guy and nearly tackled him but he escaped "Get back here!" I said still gunning after the guy as we exit the festival onto the nearest intersection where I lost him as a bus covered my vision. I felt defeated, guess you could say broken.

POV Switch:Xandra
I was watching a close up magic street show when I was taking a video to show Lea later as she asked me to video it. I placed my phone back on the pocket of my coat and walked towards the shop where I usually get my paint and art materials.I walked in the shop and greeted the American girl there named Janine
"Hey Xandra" Janine said "The usual stuff"?
"Yeah but can I try your new paint" I said
"You mean the fluorescent paint?" She said
"Yeah" I said and Janine handed me everything I needed and the cool thing about this place is that you can pay with your phone
"Wait" I said searching my coat on where I placed the phone
"I think someone stole my phone" I said "Shit"
"Where did you last see it?" She said
"By the close up magic show thing" I said "Swear I placed it here"
"Ya I think it did get stolen" She said "I can let you buy them and then just lay at a later date but..." I cut her off
"No I have cash" I said "Here" I handed her the money
"Aight" She said "Go get yourself a new phone"
I left the store and went back to the apartment which had a really good view of the Yeouido Park a cherry blossom park.I relayed the bad news and it was fine according to them as they were going out anyways to sight see the remaining portions of the nearby area that we hadn't explored since our last family bonding.

It took a while to contact Lee as I had to ask Lea that didn't even know his number and I searched my head for Lee's phone number until I got it and I texted him a few years late which really sucks and wasn't surprising when he delivered zone me but still nothing after a few days and those few days turned into months until I decided to text him back and gave up about what ever thing we had and moved on.After a few days I felt that a piece of me was taken away like vase missing one more piece.I felt broken
