Chapter 3:Inspiration

I got on the bus and went to school blasting Shape of You on my earphones until we eventually reached school."Another day another problem" I said getting off the bus and walking inside the campus "I need to observe everyone so I can get a inspiration for my piece" I thought to myself holding the empty paper as I walk upstairs to our room "What do you want!" I heard as I entered the classroom and I saw Calvin and Vanessa "Just give me some space!" she said storming out of the room "What the hell happened to these guys?" I said asking Xandra about what happened "They are having a LQ" she said "LQ?" I said placing my bag on my seat "Lover's Quarrel" she said "So how did this start?" I said "They just went in fighting" she said "God love is confusing" I said "That could be my piece" I thought to myself bringing out my pencil case and placing the empty paper on my desk "You writing something?" she said "Yeah I just don't really know what to write about" I said "Maybe do something about feelings or maybe beauty" she said "Beauty huh...." I said leaning on my chair "A piece about the two sides of love...perfect" I thought to myself as I started writing and titled my piece "Heaven and Hell Of Love".Xandra read everything I wrote and even acted as my proofreader as she's in a way good at English "That's really long for one whole paragraph" she said "God my hand is in pain right now" I said circling my hand "Let me read this again" she said

"As we know love isn't all sunshine and happiness.Theres always a bad side in everything and love has a lot.I had a experience with love but I knew we weren't perfect so I let her find her true one.The thing is with love it's hard to understand and you can't really figure it out.There are so many pros and cons of love and that's why I titled this piece Heaven and Hell Of Love.So let's get into the heaven side of love and it's hell side."

She said reading it out loud grabbing everyone's attention "Xandra!" I said taking the paper from her hands and every started doing the same stupid heart symbol "Hey it's good" she said "It's not!" I said "Deny all you want" she said "I hate you so goddamn much" I said "Feelings mutual" she said "Haha" I said pretending to laugh "What's this feeling?" I thought to myself as I was writing the next paragraph for my piece but got stumped "I can't think of anything else!" I said placing down my pencil "Take a little break Lee" she said "Fine" I said hiding my paper in my bag and Calvin came back while Vanessa and him were avoiding eye contact from each other and I took note of their actions "LQ.." I thought myself as I wrote down LQ and their actions while having LQ "Ello ello" Anne said sitting on my seat "So Xandra have you seen the news?" she said "Hell yeah!" she said "News about what?" I said "We are having a festival the next quarter and we will be featured in the school magazine and newspapers!" she said "Damn" I said "So once you get accepted write something good about us yeah?" Anne said "I'll make sure" I said smiling "Sup" Zachery said joining our conversation "So Lee where's your piece?" he said "I'm still writing it" I said "Can I see?" he said as he sat behind me "Yeah sure but don't judge" I said handing him the paper and he read for a long time for such a short paragraph "It's good" he said "Thanks I guess" I said "Maybe just make it three paragraphs?" he said teasing me "Screw you" I said acting mad "Aww screw you too" he said "Anyways the clubs are having this giant collaboration that just makes the whole week filled with every club making everyone happy,amazed and overall having all the goddamn fun!" he said "Damn" I said "And the people in the school magazine needs to write a piece about it and submit it to me" he said "Of course" I said smiling.Our conversation was just Anne and Zachery talking about clubs while Xandra and I just seem to be in another world as she seems to be doing a advance study and I'm just thinking for my next piece and me and her just minding our own business until Anne and Zachery said the word that makes me hate being around Xandra and forces us to just not talk to each other "Xanlee" they both said catching our attention "Don't use that please" Xandra said "Why?" Zachery said "It's just... annoying" she said "Oh ok" Anne said and there was long silence from us until the bell rang and Anne and Zachery went to their seats "Are you done yet?" she said looking at my paper "No not yet" I said "Aww I wanted to see it" she said "Can you get my notebook?" Iver said rudely interrupting our conversation "Yeah sure" Xandra said getting Iver's notebook and giving it to him "It's awful anyways" I said continuing our conversation "Yeah but it isn't for me" she said "But I'm sure you could do better" I said "You think I could write something good?" she said "Yeah I mean you did get the highest grade in the story writing last year" I said "But you also tied with me" she said "Yeah well freak you" I said and she laughed before she faced front as our teacher arrived "Morning Sir!" she said while smiling and before she could listen to the lesson she turned to me and whispered to my ear and said "For your information you were the one who's going for a position in the school magazine"
