"Dara sweetheart wake up", her mom excitedly waking her up. "C'mon you still have to get ready and a flight to catch".

Dara opened her eyes and smiled at her mom. "Good morning mom!" She then gave her mom a kiss and a tight hug.

Her mom was so happy to see her this happy and relax for the first time. "Aigoo, my baby girl is so lovable and sweet. But c'mon now go and take a shower and come down to eat your breakfast before we take you to the airport."

Dara excitedly got up and went to the bathroom to get ready.

She decided to go tour Europe first then to Asia. South Korea will be her last stop because she will be there for a month. Her parents wants her to visit their home country, grandparents and their other relatives.

Dara's first stop was Italy, from there she went to London, then France and lastly Santorini, Greece. She's having the time of her life that she started vlogging (video blogging) all the places that she had visited.

After taking a long shower, she finished getting dress wearing a denim short and a white top shirt. She's now relaxing at her hotel room in Santorini while drinking her ever favorite drink, Coke. She went out to her private veranda to watch the sun kiss the ocean as it set off for the night. She loves being close to the ocean, it gives her peace of mind and happiness. She then started reminiscing all the places that she had visited. She remembered the time when she was in France and met with her college sworn sorority sister Jules who went back to France for a visit to her family. Little did Dara know that Jules family is well off in France.

Jules excitedly invited Dara to attend a fashion event that is being sponsored by her mom.

"Dara c'mon, I promise that I will give you a nice tour of our city but please come with me. You will have a great time I promise".

Dara was hesitant to answering her friend. She has never gone to any kind of this function event where you will be mingling with the high class social societies of this country and other parts of the world.

Dara started making up excuses, that she doesn't have a proper attire and that she doesn't like dressing up.

"Jules, i appreciate the invite but no thanks." Dara started out.

But Jules would not take no for an answer, therefore she was forced to go with her.

Jules took Dara to her mother's clothing store and asked the worker's to help her in to choosing the right cocktail dress for her friend.

Dara was overwhelmed, when she saw all the clothes, shoes and accessories that they have prepared for her to try on. But after an hour, they have settled with red off shoulder body hugging lace dress that goes to her mid thigh and is paired with a five inches black open toed sandals. Jules chose a simple but elegant black choker and a black pair diamond earrings for the finale.

Jules squealed when she saw her finished product. Then comes a new set of people and lead her to the back office and started giving her a complete makeover.

Dara came out with a complete make over that made her friend Jules smiled from ear to ear. She hugged her friend so tight that Dara started giggling herself.

Dara looked at herself in front of the mirror. She could not believe herself that, she finally allowed herself to get a makeover. She's always on the safe side and wears eye glasses most of the time when she's at school.

Wearing a red off shoulder body hugging lace dress that goes up above her knees with matching black five inches open toed  sandals made her feel really girly for the first time ever. She also put in her contacts lenses rather than her eye glasses that made her face glow. She may  look skinny but she's toned because of her dedication to mastering martial arts. She's a matter of fact a sixth degree black belt in mixed martial arts and have won several medals and trophies during competitions.

The stylist colored her hair chocolate brown and layered it out with a side bang. They also straightened her hair that made her realized that her hair is actually below her waistline. Her make up was done naturally but they brought out the hazel colored of her eyes. If her mom and sister can only see her now they would flipped, considering that they've been trying to tell her to fix herself up once in a while.

Jules stood right next to Dara and in awe of how beautiful her friend is naturally. She had always known that Dara is really pretty but she's been hiding herself with a nerdy facade who wears jeans and shirts all the time.

"Dara you are just naturally gorgeous. Why have you been hiding that beauty of yours behind those glasses with jeans and shirts is beyond me." Jules sweetly told her.

Dara just giggled and thanked Jules for her efforts to make all these possible.

" Alright, we better go otherwise we're going to be late. I especially don't want to miss this one particular person by the name of G-Dragon. I wonder what kind of fashion statement will he wear this time." Jules was saying to Dara excitedly.

Since Dara does not have a clue of who was Jules talking about she just dismissed it.

The event was about to start when they got to the venue. Jules pulled Dara by her hand and they sat on their assigned seating on the second row that is a bit elevated than the first row.

Dara was in awe since this is her first time to attend this kind of event. She's been looking everywhere from the long stage runway to all the people seating across on the other side of the stage from them and she cannot help but to feel really excited.

On the other side of the stage front row G-Dragon/Jiyong is seating with a well known Asian actor Jackie Chan on his right and a well known Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara on his left. Though there have been rumored that him and the latter have been secretly dating. But nothing has been officially confirmed by both artists. He had attended so many events of Channel over the years and he had become their number one endorser in Korea.

Kiko had been talking to GD nonstop since he sat right next to her. She's been giving him a come on since then. Though they have known each other from way back then and had a relationship for a year. He was looking around the venue and there he had spotted the guests that just arrived and are now making their way to their assigned sitting. He was trying to concentrate on what Kiko was telling him when his eyes caught a girl in a red dress and from then on he couldn't seem to take his eyes off of her. All throughout the evening events he had been eyeing her.

GD's been wondering who that girl might be. Is she also an artist or a model. She's gorgeous though he admitted to himself.
