Today is the first day post the end of my challenge that unfortunately I haven't accomplished fully yet, but I'll get there.
From now on I'll try to write what I need to do everyday the night before so I don't forget anything and to get up motivated as well.
I think there will be either various updates throughout the day or if I couldn't I would just update the journal with what has happened through the day.
So, I would suggest that you either read the chapter fully at night or a better idea is that you reread the last chapter every morning.

While searching lucid nightmares, I realized that I've actually had experienced several of them before without being aware. I'm not sure what to say.🙃Update
Ok so I've been feeling so tired the whole day and I haven't gotten up to do anything except for praying and doing yoga. But I will try to accomplish today's goals after I break my fast so that at least then I wouldn't have any excuse.
