Today I feel a lot more excited to actually do the things I said I want to do, but I've decided to take things slow , since I'm in the middle of my exams.
I decided to go forth with the minimum goals that I know will make me feel better and more productive and happier, so I want to start with the basics of waking up early which requires me to sleep early and in order to sleep early I need to finish my studying early and stop eating early, in addition I want to do some sort of physical exercise (yoga preferably) that will make me feel more tired and be more likely to sleep early.
So, because I want to wake up at 4:00 am I will need to start going to bed by 9:45 to have a full 6 hours of sleep. Also another way to not be super lazy in the morning is to prepare everything the night before.
Lastly my reason to wake up early needs to be strong enough for me to actually wake up early. My reason is to have more time in the day (to study & watch YouTube), to be more productive, and to have some time for self-care (praying-Quran-meditation-coffee), and personal-development (45min Reading a Book-praying-working Out).

The second basic thing that I want to do is Fasting - whether religiously or not- because I know what the benefits of fasting are (increases metabolism-increases brain function and focus- increases my spiritual connection- increases my endorphins, knowing that I'm getting stronger- and increases self-control, discipline, and endurance).
Since I haven't dry fasted for a long time, I'm starting off by imitating fasting but still drinking water and coffee and tea (sugar and cream free off course) to get my hunger under control and then I'm planning to start the religious-dry-fast in a few days but I think I won't fast on exams days because we're having our exams at 12:00 pm and by that time all the focus and energy I would normally have in the morning would be totally gone.

Also my goal for the day: is to try and answer 4 essay questions as an exercise for the upcoming exam.
I'll hopefully update you guys with the results, if I actually remember.
