Head Office - Zandra's Lingerie Philippines
If there is someone truly happy about Sunshine's decision to finally accept Zandra's lingerie's offer, it is definitely Gabriel Rosales. But Jasper Miller is too wise not to award the sole distributorship to his company yet until Sunshine signs her contract Zandra's.
The contract discussion was set between Zandra's and Beverly's team. Jasper and his sister Zandra are present in the meeting representing Zandra's lingerie. Beverly, Sunshine and Katrina are present for Sunshine's team together with both parties legal counsel.
After Zandra's legal counsel discussed in details their offer, Beverly with the help of their legal counsel in return conversed about her team's demand in order for the project to push through. Zandra's team is kind enough to agree on the demands except for the part where Katrina will be part of the package.
"There is no way that Katrina will be part of the endorsers, you can choose anyone but definitely not Katrina. I don't like her to be in this project" Jasper commented
"I'm sorry Jasper but you agreed that we will get the supporting models from my agency and Katrina is one of my team's assets. Isn't it just fair to your company that I give you my prime models?" Beverly said
"You have plenty of models in your agency Beverly, you can choose any of them, I don't care if they are not as prime as Katrina. As long as it is not Katrina then it is fine with me" Jasper said
"What's wrong with Katrina, I saw how she and Sunshine work and I can say that they blend perfectly on screen" Zandra Miller said
"Do you have a problem with me Mr. Miller? I believe I deserve to know why you are rejecting me while everyone in this room agrees that I can also carry your product pretty well" Katrina could not help but butt into the discussion
"Shut up Katrina, let me take care of this" Beverly said
"No Bev, I deserve to know why I am being rejected" Katrina insisted
"I am not doing this project without Katrina, we can do away with the other demands that Beverly have stated earlier but not eliminating Katrina on this one, she'll be included or it's a No for me" Sunshine firmly said and all eyes are now in Jasper
"Fine, but I will be included in the team that will approve the final prints" Jasper said
"I can't believe you are acting this way Jasper" his sister Zandra said "You are disappointing me"
"I don't care Zandra" Jasper sarcastically said and walks out of the room.
"I'm sorry about my brother's behavior, but I hope it won't be a problem if we include him to the team that will approve the final prints, that's his only request anyway" Zandra apologized
"I don't see any problem with that" Beverly replied
"Great, we will prepare the contract and the draft will be submitted to you in three days. Let us know when you prefer to have the contract signing" Zandra said
After their meeting was adjourned, Sunshine with Beverly and Katrina wait for Benji at the coffee shop located at the ground floor of the building. Beverly could not suppress herself from castigating Katrina on her outburst in the recent discussion.
"Not because I allowed you to join the meeting it means that you can butt in on the discussion. I am still the manager here Katrina, I should do all the talking." Beverly said
"Did you see how he humiliates me Beverly? Hindi ko pwedeng palagpasin yun nang ganun na lang. Kung hindi lang talaga dahil dito kay Sunshine, malamang mas nauna pa akong mag walk out sa bastos na Jasper na yun eh" Katrina said
