Since it’s already a ‘Yes’, Sunshine and Benji started to prepare for their wedding which is set six months after the engagement.    

They both agree to have their union in the Church of San Pedro Bautista and their pre-nup photo location will be in St. Catherine High School, where their love story officially begins. 

Sunshine wants to have a very simple wedding where only their immediate relatives and closest friends will be invited.  But, since the wedding will be in Candelaria, it will be impossible not to invite the whole neighborhood.

“Di ba we only wanted this wedding to be a simple as possible? Why is it that the preaparation is as tiring as having it a grand one?” Sunshine started complaining

“Well we both know that it is impossible to have a simple wedding if we wanted it here in Candelaria” Benji replied while scanning that list of guest that their fathers gave them.

“Look at this list, I don’t mind inviting the people in our neighborhood pero bakit pati si Mayor at Governor kasama sa listahan? Kelan pa natin sila naging kapitbahay?” Sunshine continued complaining

“Si Mayor ang nagbibigay ng business permit” Benji replied smiling

“Anong naman kinalaman ni Governor kung Mayor’s Permit lang ang kailangan ng Sinagtala?” Sunshine asked

“Magtatampo si Governor kapag si Mayor lang ang invited” Benji calmy replied

“O sige granting na ganon na nga, bakit Mayor’s entourage and Governor’s entourage ang nakalista? Hindi ba pwedeng Mr. and Mrs. na lang, baka mas marami pa silang dalhin kesa sa buong wedding entourage natin” Sunshine said

“Naisip ko rin yan, hayaan mo kakausapin ko na lang si Tito Teddy tungkol dyan.  Now for Dad’s business associates, perhaps we could set a dinner for them in Manila para hindi na sila makadagdag pa” Benji said

“With all these preparations, I am beginning to entertain the thought of having a civil wedding instead” Sunshine said while she and Benji are filtering their guest list.

“Sinag, guest list lang ang ipinaubaya ng wedding coordinator sa atin, bakit parang ito pa lang suko ka na agad?” Benji asked

“Because I could not get what I want for my own wedding” Sunshine bursted her frustrations

“Tell me, how do you want your wedding to be?” Benji seriously asked.  “Only now I realized that I have not asked you about that yet.  What is your dream wedding my starlight?”

“Nothing fancy and grand, ang gusto ko lang ikasal, yung ikasal ako sa iyo Benji” Sunshine replied which makes Benji grabs her for a hug

“Ok na sa akin yung gusto mong ikasal eh. Pero yung statement mo na gusto mong ikasal sa akin, tumatalon ang puso ko sa sobrang tuwa” Benji declared

“High school pa lang tayo, ikaw na ang inisip kong katabi ko kapag kinasal ako.  Kaya sobrang sakit din sa akin nung nagalit ako sa iyo.  Thank you for not giving up on me my love” Sunshine sincerely uttered while Benji could not help but giggles.  “Ano ka ba, tawa ka nang tawa, nakakainis ka, seryoso ako, pero pinagtatawanan mo lang ako” Sunshine said

“Alam ko seryoso ka, at hindi hindi kita pinagtatawanan.  Kinikilig ako sa mga sinasabi mo” Benji said.  “Lalo na nung tinawag mo akong my love, grabe tingnan mo, ang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko” he added ang grabs Sunshine’s hand and put it at his chest
