Tyler’s POV

“Okay, but please be careful.” After Athena gave me a quick kiss on the lips, I opened my drawer, got my gun and slipped it in my back, then strolled towards my son’s room. I’ll fucking kill that bastard for even daring in breaking my house.

“No! (hiccup) I don’t… like you! G-go… (hiccup) away!” Jaylo told a man hysterically.

“I said, I am your fucking father! Not him! Come with me! Your mother is outside waiting for us!” What?! Jaylo’s father?!

“Let go of my son, you bastard!” I grabbed his back to pull him away from Jaylo, who is sitting and crying on his bead.

“Da-daddy!” Jaylo moved and embraced my waist from the back.

“Shhh… it’s okay son, don’t cry, daddy’s here-“

“He is MY SON! Not yours!” He cut me off and pointed at Jaylo after standing straightly. I am now standing in front of Jaylo’s bed and the fucker is facing us his back is on the door.

“Fuck you! What the fuck do you want?!” I shouted.

“I want my son back! Give him to me and I’ll leave your fiancé and child alone!” He threatened. How dare he threaten my love and child’s lives! And why does he insist that Jaylo is his son?

“What the fuck are you talking about?! Jaylo is my and Lora’s son!” He laughed.

“You’re so pathetic and a fool, Kent! Do you really want a son so bad that you automatically believed that he is your son, when you know that Lora can be fucked by anyone during the time she conceived him?” He smirked and I clenched my fists.

”The DNA-“ I was cut off by his loud laugh.

“Mr. Tyler Kent, the wise and ruthless businessman that’s why he became the richest and most powerful man in this country, was being fooled by an ordinary whore. Can you believe that? Hahaha! Aren’t you familiar with under the tables and fake?”
No, it can’t be. I glanced at Jaylo who is still hugging me tightly, crying on my shirt and shaking fearfully while my right hand is caressing his head to calm him.

“Now, give him to me and I promise to leave your woman and child unharmed.” He bargained but before I could retort, I saw her carrying our child on the front door with a bulky, masked man behind them pointing a gun at her side.

“Athena!” My eyes widened in fear for them. She’s crying while holding our child closely to her.

“Oh! There you are ex-Mrs. Kent. How have you been?” The man behind them pushed her inside the room until they are beside this bastard.

“Let them go.” I said lowly to him.

“Hmmm… why don’t we, make a deal? After all, you’re a businessman, eh?” He mockingly said but I didn’t answer him because my eyes are trained on her frightened ones, silently calming her. “Why don’t we exchange gifts?” This caught my attention.

“Fine, but no bullshit.” I agreed. He laughed loudly.

“I make the call here Kent, on the count of three...” I nodded. “One… two…. three…” He pushed Athena’s back towards me so she started heading to us. Jaylo held my waist tightly and shook his head vigorously.
