Chapter 66:

Husnaa P.O.V:

Irfaan and I have been dating on and off for five years now, and things between Moe and me aren't to great because of it. He confess his feelings for me...which I didn't feel, and this cause an awkwardness....I guess being friends again would be hard on him so I never pushed, I felt bad but I didn't want to hurt him anymore.

But as the days go by I couldn't help but wonder what would've happen if I did push, he was and still will always be the one person I trust the most and I miss him so much!

I decided to phone my boyfriend to hear about his interview, I just hope he gets it, his been all bundle of nerves about it. I could see it really important for him

Me: hey Irfaan

Irfaan: hey babe!

Me: how are you? Any news yet?

Irfaan: well I can tell you one thing, I ace that interview!

Me: really?! Does that mean what I think it mean?

Irfaan: yep! You looking at the newest edition to Travis kilt!

Me: Omw! I am so proud of you! I knew you could do it!

Irfaan: I know and thank so much for the support! As a thank you gift let go out tonight my treat!

Me: aw I wish I could! But I got a test tomorrow I need to prepare for...

Irfaan: okay than it shall be pizza and notebooks, I will be there soon! Love you

Aw isn't my boyfriend the sweetest! On his night of celebration he would rather spend it with me than with friends!

Zeenat P.O.V:

It three in the afternoon and Yusrah refuses to sleep! She just been crying on and off for the last two hours! I can't figure out what wrong! I did all the check!

Nappy: check
Bottle: double check
Massage: check
Temperature: check
Favorite sounds: check

Nothing seem to work! It my first day alone with my precious, Shuaib had to get back to work. And I am messing thing up! I feel so overwhelm!

Me: come on sweetie, be good girl for mommy, tell me what wrong angel!

Yusrah: baby mumbles...

That when it hit me, my mother always use to rock her to sleep while reading her a story, even saw Shuaib try it a few times.

Okay angel! Mommy gonna tell you a amazing story!

While rocking my sweetheart, I started my tale

It called when miss romantic meet mr smartalac!

It the story of how Shuaib and I met!

Within the next hour both Yusrah and I slept soundly...

Shuaib P.O.V:

For the last few months I have been working from home to help with Yusrah, it felt great being out, but I miss my darling daughter and her sweet mom.

I decided to take off an hour early, I quickly went to buy Zee favorite chocolate and a soft plush toy for my angel.

When I walked into my house, I saw the most adorable sight, my beautiful wife flatout asleep wrap her slender arm around our angel. Who is unfortunate awake again! 

Me: hey baby look what daddy brought

I quickly unwrap her and brought her into my arms, I quickly covered my sleeping beauty and head to the kitchen, I decided to treat my two ladies to surprise dinner

Two hours later...

Honestly don't know how woman handle a baby and cook at the same time!

Because every two minutes, my attention Is on Yusrah leaving me not only to burn whatever I am planning but to make a mess as well!

Time to call in the big guns!

Me: Mom....I need your help!

Zuhayr P.O.V:

She propose to me...she is on one knee in front of me! Holding a ring...

Me: hell yeah! What took you so long!

I grab her and pull her into the tightest hugs! I couldn't help but feel like the luckiest man! I mean whose gf ever asked them to marry them!

Me: but slight problem....how do you suppose our parents take it when I tell them you asked? (Smirk)

Zubaida: (laughing) leave that to me! I am so sorry for taking so long! You mean more to me than some stupid job offer! I am telling my boss I am no more going!

Me: Woah hold your horse sweetheart, no need to tell yet, let discuss it. I think we could come to an understanding, I know how long you waited for this promotion!

Zubaida: but..

Me: no but, if I have to move to the moon even to be with you I would, so what Japan....

Zubaida: (teary) really? But what about work?

Me: leave that to me to worry! Let just share the good news, I have to brag to my friends, my wife just proposed to me (smirk) great story to tell our kids(winking)

Irfaan P.O.V:

When I got the call for my interview! I was nervous wreak! But thankfully it all paid off! I got the job. I started in a week!

After my phone call with Husnaa, she has been the most amazing girlfriend ever! I couldn't think of better way to end my great day than seeing her in those adorable pjs and messed up hair with her glasses on! She goes full on nerd when she studies!

She studying medicine, and trust me it no easy feat, she works shift at a local hospital and still studies afterward, so moments like these always happen, but I don't mind she been there for me and I can't resist being around her.

She like my muse, and I think I might be falling really hard for her, we never said "I LOVE YOU" yet, but I plan to change that soon!

I quickly change into my favorite jeans and t-shirt she likes, she bought it for me at the fun fair last year. I placed the order for our favorite pizza with extra cheese just like she like it with a special message on top....hope she like the surprise!
