"--pa, appa"

i slowly open my eyes and saw our son.

naupo ako mula sa pagkakahiga sa sofa.

napasapo ako saaking ulo dahil sa sakit as i look at the clock.

10:09am

last time i check it's 8:35am , maybe that's why my head hurts.

"im hungry..."

i stand up.

"didn't your eomma cook fo--"-my son cutted me off right away.

"yea but he's not here, you go cook some food for me"-he commanded.

nangunot naman ang noo ko. luhan wouldn't let haowen starve, even if we're not okay right now and besides i don't know how to cook, maliban na lang kung prito.

i walked my way throught the kitchen habang nakabuntot saakin si haowen.

binuksan ko ang kalan at isinalang ang frying pan and later on add some oil and crack and eggs.

"hindi pa ba umuuwi si luhan?"-tanong ko kay haowen na nakupo sa upuan at nakapalungbaba sa mesa habang nakatingin sakin.

"no"-simpleng sagot nya.

madali naman naluto ang itlog at inilipat ko ito sa isang pinggan at sunod kong niluto ay ang bacons.

i sigh.

he's still mad at me...well who wouldnt.

after i finish cooking the bacons i also placed it on a plate. inilabas ko ang tinapay sa ref pati ang gatas. we both don't like toasted bread.

nagtimpla ako ng kape at naupo sa harap ni haowen na kumakain na.

but suddenly he stop and stare at me, i stared back.

"did you guys fought?"-he blurted out.

i sigh.

"you guys better fix it  already. sa friday na ang family day namin"

i chuckled.

"you sound like a grown up man"-i teases.

he rolled his eyes.

"because i am"

ginulo ko naman ang buhok ko.

now nasan na ba si luhan at bakit hanggang ngayon ay di pa rin sya umuuwi?!

aftter we eat our late breakfast a agad ko din hinugasan ang pinagkainan namin.

naabutan ko naman si haowen na nanunuod cartoons.

"take a bath and get dress"-utos ko sa kanya.

he just stared at me...

"we're going to find your eomma"-i said then he got up and made his way to his room.

nagtungo din ako sa kwarto namin ni luhan para maligo na din.

pagbaba ko ay nandun na si haowen naghihintay sa sofa.

"let's go"-ani ko sa kanya.

sumakay kami sa kotse ko at nagmaneho na ako paalis.

"where do we find eomma?"-haowen asked beside me.

i suddenly stop the engine.

"i..i dont know. i dont even know where to start"-i whispered.

i heard haowen sigh.
