Suddenly, Kitty cried out, and she collapsed onto the ground.
"KITTY!" Reggie exclaimed, running up to her. "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine, Reggie, I'm fine. Get your hands off me." Kitty snapped back.
"I'm just checking if you're okay." Reggie replied.
"I am okay." Kitty replied. "Just don't touch me."
Suddenly, she began to shrink, ever so slowly but surely. "This could only mean one thing." I said.
"She's receiving her Pokémon form."
The changes began in her legs. Her toes fused together to become three, and her feet became longer. Pads then formed on her feet. Haunches formed on her legs as they became shorter. "Wh- what is happening?" Kitty asked as the changes spread up to her midsection.
Her midsection was generally unchanged, but it was shrinking like the rest of her body. Her arms, however, shrank, and her fingers fused together to become three as her wrists lost any definition. "This is so *mew* overwhelmewng... I'm so overstimewlated right mew... I'm becoming MEEEEEEEEEWWW~!" she exclaimed as the changes spread up to her head.
All of her hair disappeared as her mouth and nose pushed out into a muzzle. Her nose shrunk down into two nostrils. She closed her eyes, and when she opened them again, her pupils were completely gone, and only her blue irises remained. However, she was still shrinking. She continued to shrink down until she was 1'4" and 8.8 pounds. Her clothes, now too big for her, surrounded her completely, and she floated out of the pile of clothes that surrounded her.
"Mew?" she said.
"Kitty!" Reggie said, as he enveloped her in a hug.
Kitty then gave him a dirty look, turned invisible, and slipped out of his grasp. "Mew!" she exclaimed.
Reggie then turned to Gigi. "Will she ever learn to love me?" Reggie asked Gigi.
Nevertheless, I gave Kitty a pat on the head. "Well done, Kitty." I said. Kitty nuzzled up to me.
Time passed, and Kitty soon turned back into a human, but with knowledge of how to transform into her Pokémon form. As we all fell asleep, one thought remained in my mind.
How long will we stay here?
