We walked side by side towards the dining area of the hotel. It was time for breakfast and we had agreed that we would tell everyone about the good news there. I could feel her hand shaking in mine, no matter how hard I tried to soothe her, she was just hellbent on being a nervous wreck. I didn't blame her, it was a big announcement.

Hera was just the type of person to enjoy living in anxiety. She liked being stressed out, that way she would have a control over herself. She looked relaxed when under pressure. Yet now she didn't seem as though she was enjoying her nerves. She looked completely out of place.

I didn't blame her though, she had just accomplished something only many could dream of. Zeus didn't make it into Harvard so he settled for UCLA, Athena went to some arts college to further her acting studies and I was sure that Poseidon wouldn't go to any university, college or even further his studies after high school. He was already struggling with his freshmen year.

We entered through a large glass door into a room filled with circular tables with expensive kitchenware on them. Each table had people sitting around it, some with food in front of them, others still empty. There was a long table bar on the left side with at least five big coffee machines which were all operating, and on the right side was a table filled with small finger foods and refreshments for breakfast.

We kept walking forward, paying no attention to the people we passed by as our eyes were set on our family which had been seated at the farthest end of the room, which was right next to the window which gave a magnificent view of Adelaide.

They were all seated impatiently, obviously in starvation, but also couldn't go on without us, or at least without my permission.

That's the thing about people who knew me. They weren't allowed to so much as breath without my permission. Power, that was all it was and that was all I needed.

Zeus was dressed in black jeans and a brown turtleneck sweater, Poseidon in black jeans, a black shirt and a grey jacket, Athena in blue denim jeans, a pink sweater and her hair hidden under a pink leather hat and Estelle wearing the same black Gucci dress which I had, just that hers looked outstretched and worn out. She needed to stop eating her stress away or else she'd start looking like a Sumo wrestler.

I cocked my head and grinned while I looked at her. She looked up from her tablet and once she saw me, she snarled and looked back down at her tablet. Where did her manners go?

"Good morning." I said to them all as I helped Hera into her seat which was next to mine. They all responded as I took my seat.

"We have been waiting for a while for you guys." Zeus said nonchalantly and I nodded my head in understanding.

"I know and I apologise for the inconvenience. It's just that... well... Hera had something important to tell me and it just couldn't wait." I said smiling at myself while looking at the menu in my hands.

Everyone looked at Hera in confusion and her breathing grew louder. She was still nervous, how cute was this?

"What was so important? Is everything okay?" Zeus asked sounding a little over reactive.

I shook my head discreetly to myself while my children bombarded Hera with a million questions at once and Estelle scoffed. All eyes were on her now, including mine.
