We arrived at our destination after a four hour long flight. It was extremely sunny and refreshing to be on this island, and it was even more fulfilling when we drove on the road towards the beach house with the ocean right next to us.

My hair had grown in the past few weeks since I had cut it, and Bhavani had also joined the trend by cutting hers shoulder-length and dyed it a lighter shade of brown. I looked at her, she was staring at the beautiful ocean and she was practically imagining herself swimming to the far horizon to see what was there.

"Bhavani, close your mouth now. The car is moving so you will catch a fly."

"I'm pretty sure flies taste better here."

"Oh my... where else have you eaten flies?" I asked, sounding shocked.

"India. Lots and lots of them." She winked.

"You poor soul." I laughed out, while driving up a driveway to a private beach house I had bought just recently. I wasn't here to have a vacation, I was actually here to see someone.

"Is he really in there?" Bhavani asked while I parked.

"Supposed to be. Blade said that he'd be here." I shrugged, but truthfully, I was freaking out.

We walked up the front door, and after I put my finger on the biometric fingerprint sensor, the door unlocked and we entered.

It was a beautiful beach house with wonderful scenery. Once I walked in, I saw a stair case going up on the left side and a stair case going down on the right. In the centre of the room was the living room with windows that started from the ceiling to the floor behind it. The TV in the livingroom was on.

"It's so quiet." Bhavani whispered.

"Why are you whispering?" I asked while also whispering. Bhavani was capable of making me do the weirdest things that were completely out of my character.

"Oh sorry." She said hastily, still whispering.

We walked towards the living room and when we turned right in the room, we saw a fully stocked bar.

"Dear lord yes! I've been sober for so long, it's starting to mess with my brain." Bhavani ran to the bar and got busy.

For a professional doctor, she could get very kinky very fast. Especially when she was herself. I couldn't understand why her family could abandon her the way they did, she was an amazing human being.

"You want a cocktail?" She offered jovially.

"Virgin." I said, taking a moment to indulge in the beautiful view.

"Seriously? I'm not going to give you a virgin cocktail." She said blankly.

"Then give me a bottle of water."

"Virgin cocktail it is."

I chuckled while walking out of the living room and down the stairs on the right. It was a kitchen, an island actually, with the same view as upstairs and pots and pans still in the sink. There was a half eaten chicken and mayonnaise sandwich on the table and a glass of apple juice. I checked the glass, he was eating before we arrived.
