I stared at Jenny who was staring at me back. Emily was lying still on the bed. I'm thinking Jenny's dad used some kind of a sleeping pill or something. I immediately covered Emily again and took Jenny by the wrist.
"Let's pretend we didn't see her." I suggested.
Jenny nodded and she let out a deep breath. Jenny's dad walked towards us and showed us a little glass with a pink color in it. I just realized that the glass looked exactly like mines.
"I have never seen a pink one." Jenny said.
"I just realized what it meant if it turns pink." He said.
"What is it?"
"It turns pink when a violet one and a white one are close by, maybe like an inch."
"But why is it pink? There isn't a white or violet one here."
He then put back the pink glass at his pocket.
"This one was a violet one." He said pointing at his pocket, "Wanna know why it turned pink?"
"Uhh..." Jenny drawled out, "I guess?"
He slowly walked between Me and Jenny.
"Someone's different here." He whispered.
Then he vastly took my hand and held my necklace. He saw my necklace with a glass and a pink color in it. He looked at me and smirked.
"Someone was different in here." He said.
He then pulled the necklace, it left my neck and it hurt a bit.
"DAD!" Jenny yelled.
"I knew she had a secret. I saw her necklace when she came for you." He said.
He then took off running to another room, leaving Me and Jenny alone in the middle of the room.
"What do I do? Without my necklace, I might turn into a mermaid." I said.
"I'll get him." Jenny said.
She started walking towards the door and banged on it.
"DAD! Open the door!" Jenny yelled.
It took her five times to bang on the door to make her dad came out.
"Where's her necklace?" Jenny asked.
"I'm afraid I can't give it back." He smirked.
"Why are you doing this? She didn't do anything wrong."
"She didn't. But these seven necklaces will bring your mother back."
"Mom is gone, dad. Just let her go."
He looked down on the floor and looked back at Jenny.
"No."
He then whistled with his two finger and grabbed my hair. He started dragging me to the room while Jenny tried helping me. But I saw at the back of Jenny that a man came and stabbed Jenny at the neck with a needle. Jenny felt weak and she blacked out. She was carried by the man to another room. I looked back to see Jenny's dad holding a needle and stabbed at me at the neck. My visions started to become blurry.
I blacked out.
