I Am Different

Chapter 6

Jenny's POV

I was left alone at the hotel, Elaine went somewhere, I don't know where actually, but I felt weird around her, and somehow, as I get near her, I feel something different in me, she reminds me of a girl that I once met, she was pretty like Elaine, I met a girl at the ocean, which is why I love going to Molisa Beach, where I clear my mind, I waited sometimes, hoping she would come back, but I guess she never did, I turned off the tv and went out the hotel, I just realized that my car was at Elaine, so I had to walk, but I cannot, my brother might find me and force me to go back home, I never wanted to go in that house again, it leaves too much hurtful memories, I went back to my hotel room, I just watched tv and waited for Elaine to come back, I sat in the bed and watched.

Mike's POV

Detective Marco came to me vastly, I was supposed to leave now, but he stopped me, he told me that someone might be with Jenny, I became happy and went back to the station, I found the girl who bumped me earlier, she was shocked to see me, she tried walking away by passing us, then I realized that Marco grabbed her arm.

"Excuse me, I told you to stay where you are, this is Jenny's brother, he is looking for Jenny because they had a fight, and now he is looking for Jenny, now you were with her earlier, do you know where she went?" Marco asked,

"No, after we went to that old house, she dropped me by, and I drove here by my car." She responded,

She seemed nervous so I can tell that she was lying, I saw the necklace with a tiny glass in it, the glass was empty, though she still wore it, I held it and she became shocked.

"What kind of a necklace is this?" I asked,

She immeditaley took it away from me, she started to walk away, she went to a car, the car looked exactly like Jenny's, I didn't care until I saw the plate number, "BAJ 725" was the plate number, and I remember that it was Jenny's plate number, I tried to ran after it but I saw that it was gone from the distance.

"What's wrong Mike?" Marco asked,

"That was my sister's car, she was lying." I responded,

"Okay, we'll look for that girl, also Jenny."

I nodded and head to my car, I was gonna meet a friend, who can track people by phone numbers only, I immediately head to his house.

I saw him at his front porch, he had his laptop at his lap, he was typing really fast, then he was interrupted when I called him.

"Fred?" I called,

"Mike, why are you here?" He asked,

"I just wanted some help, I know you're-"

"I thought you never needed me, you definetely just laughed me off that day."

"Fred, I know I was a jerk to you, but can I atleast get your help?"

"Why won't you ask your new friends?"

"Fred, please. I know that I laughed at you that day and I'm sorry, I became mean when I became friends with Josh, but I need your help."

"Whatever man, if you're that sincere, I'll help you but it doesn't mean we're okay."

I nodded and I went to his side.

"So, what do you want me to do?" He asked,

"Can you track Jenny?" I asked,

"Why?"

"I just want to find out where she is."

"Well, I do track people's phone, by numbers."

"Should I give it to you?"

"Yeah."

I showed him the phone number, he started to do stuffs in his laptop, I waited until he called me.

"There she is, she's just at GeHotel." He said,

"Well, thank you for the help Fred." I said,

I left the house and went to my car, I drove to GeHotel, I parked and went in the hotel, I walked forward to the country and asked.

"Excuse me, was there a teenager who signed in this hotel?"

"Well, yeah, they just signed in earlier."

"Her name is Jenny Corman."

"Let's see, oh yes, there is a Jenny Corman here."

"Well, which room is she signed?"

"Before I tell you can you tell me what you are to her?"

"I'm her brother, Mike Corman."

"Oh, you're Harry Corman's son, well, she's at room 145, it's at the sixth floor."

"Thank you."

I walked to the elevator and pressed six; I walked out and counted the rooms, I counted until I saw the 145th room,  I then knocked several times, I waited until someone answered, and what I saw made me shock.

It was the woman from the Station before.
