I Am Different

Chapter 34

"Elaine's not joking, Josh." Jenny said, "There's a door in there."

"Hey, there's no door, I don't see one." Josh said.

"There is."

"Why don't you go in."

"I'm serious."

"Elaine and Jenny are telling the truth." Jamie said.

"You too?" Josh asked.

"There is a door."

"I can see one, too." Hayden said.

"Mike? Do you see one?" Josh asked.

"No, I don't see one. Fred?" Mike responded.

"I don't see one either." Fred responded.

"See? No door. So let's go." Josh said.

"No Josh." Jenny said.

"What?"

"We're gonna go in this door."

"Whatever, try then."

Jamie, Hayden, Jenny and I faced the door and opened it. Hayden went in first and Jenny, me and lastly Jamie. Everything was dark, until the lights came. In the middle of the room showed a girl tied to a chair.

"Emily?" I called out.

She didn't move, but I know that it was her. I didn't see anyone around so I approached her.

"Elaine. Wait for us." Hayden whisper yelled.

I stopped and looked behind me. My eyes widened when I realized that the others were gone. 'They wouldn't run away from me, right?'. I tried to walk back to where I was from but I stopped when everything turned into rainbow colors.

It was like I was in a rainbow because everything that I see is rainbow. The light colors made my head dizzy. Since no one was around, I just lay on the floor and closed my eyes. After five seconds I decided to open them already and found nothing but black.

I looked around and just stood there. I closed my eyes for two seconds and felt cold air hitting my back. I opened them and realized I was falling from the sky. I was falling and there were other objects that were falling too.

Mostly, there were broken things. I could see a car door, tires, steering wheel and a broken metal. I looked down below and saw that I was near to the ground. I didn't know what to do, I was near to the ground in 3... 2... 1...

I fell to the ground but it wasn't that painful. I lay in the ground as the things hit the floor. It made a metalic sound and realized the tire hasn't hit the ground. I looked up and the tire was falling above me.

I was paralyzed so I just ducked and closed my eyes. I didn't felt the tires hit me so I opened my eyes and found that I was in the middle of the road. It was night so I couldn't see anything.

I then saw car headlights away from me. It was moving towards me. The headlights flickered on and off and as it was near me, It was a dark green car. I tried to move but I was just scared that I didn't. I then got hit and flew away.

As I was in the air, everything went white. I looked around and saw ahead of me that there was a train coming towards me. I also realized I was tied in a chair and I was full of scars on my arms.

I looked at my right and saw Jenny, Jamie and Hayden. Hayden smiled and ran towards me. I shook my head repeatedly, warning to go back because there was a train. When she was almost at my chair, she suddenly vanished into thin air.

I looked around to find no signs of Hayden. I realized the train was near and I went flying in the air. I flew backwards and fell to the white floor. I looked infront and saw the folder I was holding earlier. I took it and stood up.

I saw two people helping me to stand. I realized it was Jenny, Jamie and Emily. I was shocked to see Emily that I immediately hugged her.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah." She responded.

I smiled and realized that Hayden was nowhere to be found.

"Where's Hayden?" I asked.

Jenny slowly pointed behind me.

I turned around and saw Hayden was tied to a chair where Emily was before.
