-dylan's pov-

i walk into my current favorite place, the place i was craving after a long day. of laying on the couch watching netflix that is. but what can i say, a guy can get hungry!

i push open the door to the smell of burritos and mexican food. the person at the ordering desk welcomes me with a bright smile. she turns to take the girls order in front of me. i smile and wait for her to be done.

the worker asks the girl what she'd like, and she turns to her with a smile. as the young women turns around, her hair slightly swaying, i can't help but stare.

she was beautiful. there was no other way to say it.

her voice broke me out of my daze.

"hey... i would like a burrito, with white rice, carnitas, tomatoes and..." as she paused to think i stopped short. she was ordering my exact order, so far anyway, "guacamole and cheese, please!"

the lady responded with a cheerful 'no problem' as the beautiful girl headed to the check out, digging for her wallet.

"what would you like, sir?" the lady behind the counter said as she finished up the girls burrito. she broke me out of a stare i didn't even notice i was in.

"uh, i was gonna get that exact same thing actually..." i say, still shocked myself. the lady behind the desk laughs, and i notice the girls eyes pop up at me. she giggles a little, pulling out the money for her meal.

the lady walked over to the register.

"name for the order, miss?"

the girl looks back to the worker, "y/n."

pretty name for a pretty girl.

after she pays, the lady finished my burrito and does the same thing. i tell her my name is dylan and i give her the change. i thank her and spin on my heels. i go to find a seat when i hear a voice.

"burrito twins should sit together right?" the girl appears next to me with a flashing smile, i blush and nod.

we talked for hours that night. like i heard, her name was y/n, and she was a regular here too. i thought it was fate that brought us together that night, ordering the same meal right after each other. turns out she loves the same shows i do, but we had a disagreement on how one of them was gonna end.

"no, no!" y/n puts her hands up, "they're gonna end up together! i feel it."

"it's a tv show! you don't feel anything! it's not real..." i start to laugh, "and besides, she's obviously more right for-"

"she is not! they're gross!!" she sticks her tongue out in disgust. it makes me laugh.

she shoots me a funny-but-serious glare from across the table, "you'll see."

i mumble questionably as i raise my eyebrows and take a bite out of my burrito. i see a slight smile appear on her face.

after our meal we exchange numbers, and i leave for my car. i take out my keys, and smile while i hit unlock.
