I sat on my bed shoving popcorn into my mouth while watching some sappy movie that Calli decided to pick for us.

I shared a dorm with Calli and Indiana in university and it was great, it was like having a permanent sleepover with your best friends.

It was nice, I got to experiance the freedom that I never had when I was at home. It was a place where I was finally allowed to be myself.

I went to school with Calli and met Indiana in the first year of uni and we just kind of clicked, we're a lot like each other and maybe that's why we get along so well.

Calli is the type of girl that you just want to be around all the time and Indiana...well lets just say she knows what she wants and she'll defend you if you get into any sort of trouble.

The end of the movie comes and Calli and Indiana both swoon when the guy finally ends up with the girl that he's been after for the entire movie. I on the other hand, roll my eyes.

'Oh come on guys it's so obvious that they would end up together.' I said to them amused at their reactions to the entire film.

They sent me a cold glare and grabbed some tissues to rub under their slightly red eyes.

'Next time, I'm picking the movie.' I moved and turned the TV off and laid back against my bed joined by the other girls.

'No thanks I don't feel like watching some science fiction film.' Calli said finishing off the salted popcorn.

'And how do you know that I would pick a sci-fi film?'

Indiana raised her eyebrows at me. 'Because it's you Nic.'

The door opened and Peter and Logan walked in and stared at Calli and Indiana.

'Who died?' Peter said looking between the girls as he took in their appereance.

'They've been crying over some crappy chick flick.' I informed them.

'Nic!' They said in unison and hit me on both my shoulders, Peter laughed and took a seat on Calli's bed.

'I agree with Nic, those movies are so predictable. If they ended with a random zombie attack which killed the dude I might consider watching them.' Peter smiled.

'My kind of boy!' I said getting up to join him on Calli's bed.

'So what are you guys doing here anyway?' I asked looking up at Logan, smiling at the way his blonde curls sat messily on the top of his head.

'Well my love we got bored of sitting in our dorm room and we decided that three lovely ladies would brighten our night right up!' I stared at him suggestively willing him to tell us the real reason for their arrival.

'And we brought beer.' He brought his hand up in the air which held a crate of beer, Indiana squealed and walked towards him and took four beers and passed them out between us.

I took mine thanking her and leaned against Calli's headboard.

'So where are Abby,James and Jasmine?' Indiana asked leaning forward, we all exchanged glances before Peter finally spoke up. 'Well James and Jasmine are studying for their math exam.'

'And Abby?'

He coughed awkwardly.

'Yeah she's otherwise occupied.'

A smile spread across my face.

'Peter I find it funny that you're almost twenty now and yet you still get embarrassed when you talk about sex. Just say it Abby is having sex right now.'
