Priyanka doesn't like the fact that Mel is always around as she is an important part of the boys' life and there's nothing she can do to get her to go away.

The tabloids wouldn't stop talking about the fact that things were done with Nick and Melissa. Everyone knew now, and the fans especially were freaking out.
Melissa was trying to keep herself out of the public eye, it was better for Nick's career and her sanity.
"Tell me one good reason Nick, why I should fly out to LA tonight. You know she doesn't like me, she despises me actually." Melissa exclaimed, her head spinning as she spoke into the phone. She never thought that her breaking up with him so long ago; would cause all of this to happen.
"Oh... I don't know Lyss, maybe cause I miss my best friend?" he said calmly, trying not to alert his girlfriend that was in the next room over. "And she does not despise you."
Her eyes rolled as he spoke, "Uh huh... keep trying to convince yourself of that Nicholas."
"The flight leaves in two hours. I'll see you tonight, Lyss." he said, "love you." the line went dead and she was exasperated that he even expected her to fly out there. —————— She was quickly making her way through the crowded airport, she knew she had been spotted as she saw the flashing lights surrounding her.
"Melissa! Melissa, over here!" the paparazzi yelled, waving their hands over trying to get the attention of the brunette girl.
"So what do you think of Nick being with Priyanka??? Is it true he cheated on you with her?" A guy asked, that sentence made her freeze.
"Do not ask me that question when you don't know anything about the situation." Melissa spat at the paparazzi, her voice full of disgust. She squinted her eyes, pointing at him; she couldn't believe he had the audacity to ask a question like that.
"Oooo, sassy." he cackled, still taking pictures of her, even though he knew exactly what he was doing. The disgusting man, along with the others got closer and closer to her, absolutely invading her personal space. The way they were acting was making her head spin.
