{July 11th, 2019 New York City, NY Nick and Mel's Apartment}
"Ready to go to rehearsals, lovebug?" Nick called out to his girlfriend, knowing that they had to be at the rehearsal space like an hour ago.
"Almost!" her small voice spoke up, as she peeked her head out of the bathroom. "Just have to put my hair up... and a few other things..." she explained, mostly to herself.
A few minutes went by, and Nick made his way towards the back of the apartment. His body leaned against the doorframe, the silence being broken with his singing;
"Hello Beautiful... how's it going? I hear it's wonderful in ... this bathroom..." he chuckled, but continued, "I've been missing you... it's true."
The brunette girl stopped what she was doing and giggled, "you are somethin' else, aren't you Nicholas?" her small hands wrapped around his torso. "Trying to swoon me?"
"Maybe just a little bit." he pressed his plump, heart-shaped lips against hers. "Now, let's get it! let's go!"
As he walked behind her, a soft slap was heard ringing in the air. "Aye!" she fake-glared back at him. ———- {The rehearsal space}
The couple walked into the building hand-in-hand, hoping that they weren't too late.
"And here's the two love bugs making their grand entrance!" John Taylor exclaimed, everyone letting out a chuckle.
"Sorry we're late." Nick replied, kissing Melissa gently before letting the almost 25 year old go to sit with the other "Jonas sisters".
"Hey girl." Sophie hugged the older brunette, smiling wide at her.
"How was the honeymoon?" Melissa inquired, winking at her, hoping that the more outgoing girl wouldn't go in to that many details.
"Everything was amazing. We did so many different tourist-y things." she blushed, as the one of the boys began to strum a guitar, the sound ringing through the small space.
The hours went by, songs were rehearsed and ideas were thrown back and forth between the three men.
"What if we did a montage of the girls, Alena and Valentina during When You Look Me In The Eyes?" Nick asked, wanting to make sure that their leading ladies were appreciated in some way on stage.
"Like home movies and pictures?" the eldest Jonas responded, obviously taking the idea into consideration.
"Yes! Well, I mean like we could also film some specific things for it as well. Or get us all together and we can even get mom and dad in on it?" the curly asked, glancing over at his girlfriend, smiling big.
"Sounds great! I say we do it!" Joe now butted his way into the conversation, like he always did.
"Well we can start right now!" Sophie exclaimed, her phone in hand, camera app already on.
