"Suga, Suga, Yoonie, Yoonie, Yoongi, Min Yoongi, MIN FUCKING YOONGI pay attention to me!" Suran practically shouted from across the table. The two were on a date at a local diner, Yoongi didn't feel completely there though. He had been day dreaming a lot lately, about a wide variety of things.

"Yes Suran baby?" Yoongi asked, he kinda hated that nickname for her but she liked it. After all that's why the two were still together, because Suran liked him. Yoongi started having a hatred towards their relationship. He feared it would start to become toxic, he didn't want that. The two should just end things, it would make things easier. But something deep inside Yoongi made him try and stick it out.

"It's almost our 6 month anniversary. Are we gonna do something?" She asked. It was a perfectly reasonable question but Yoongi was taken aback. Fuck, it's been six whole months. Yoongi thought to himself. He needed to break up with her, before the anniversary it wasn't fair to celebrate something only to have it end right after. He couldn't do that to her.

"Yo, Yoongs! You okay? You keep spacing out." She sounded concerned. Yoongi nodded in response.

"Just tired, I haven't been sleeping very well." He didn't lie, but that's not why he kept day dreaming. He couldn't get Jeremy out of his head. There was something about that boy, something mysterious that longed to be discovered, who better to discover it then Yoongi.

"Anyways... do you wanna make plans? Or maybe we can just stay in." She suggests hoping that Yoongi would add on.

"Maybe you could just come over, watch a movie." Yoongi didn't want her to get her hopes up about everything, you can only get so excited over a movie night. Suran seemed happy however, she was practically beaming. Yoongi wasn't being fair at all, he really needs to end things. He just doesn't know how.
......

When Yoongi got home from his date he went directly to the park. Maybe his friends would be there, maybe Jeremy. Yoongi desperately wanted to see the other boy again, he wanted to talk to him not just stare like a freak. When Yoongi walked to the park he noticed two people there, as he got closer to them he began to make out their features. It was Hoseok and Jeremy, they seemed to be looking for something.

"Hello!" Yoongi shouted from halfway across the field. Both boys turned around and started waving. Yoongi jogged to catch up to them, then aided them in their search.

"He dropped his necklace, we found the chain but can't find the charm." Jeremy explained. He was still searching the ground. To help Yoongi got on his hands and knees and started digging in the sand, as he moved the gains away he found the charm. Yoongi remained on his knees and turned around to face the two tall boys. He lifted the charm to Hoseok who put it back on the chain. Yoongi looked up at the two boys and couldn't help but feel a little bit intimidated. He felt small compared to them, a bit helpless and fragile. For some reason he didn't hate that feeling. Yoongi got off the ground soon after and dusted off his jeans, facing his two friends.

"I see you two have met." Yoongi said to the two boys.

"Actually we haven't really, he was just looking for his necklace so I came to help him." Jeremy explained.

"Thanks for that, the names Hoseok but my friends usually call me Hobi."

"Jeremy, nice to meet you." They introduce themselves to each other. It was kind of weird, Yoongi had an odd feeling of jealousy towards both of them. He didn't want Jeremy to take his best friend and he didn't want his best friend to interfere with the boy he's been daydreaming about. His feelings were confusing, but they always were right now.

"So now that we're acquainted why don't we hangout?" Hobi asked. The other two boys just nodded and they all began walking to the swings. They had competitions on who could jump the farthest off the swing, then they laughed when they did face plants. It was fun and they all seemed to be enjoying each other.

Yoongi also managed to get even more information about his mysterious boy-crush. He was 14 years old and starting high school this year, he was one and a half years older then Yoongi. He moved to town because his mom managed to find a well paying job here. He loved reading and poetry, he seemed to enjoy photography and played guitar. His hair was dyed red on a dare, he's naturally blonde. Jeremy also confessed that he liked to dye his hair different colours. Each time Jeremy spoke, Yoongi paid full attention to him. He watched the other boys lips form words and sentences with such an elegance. How could Yoongi find literally everything the older did attractive.

Yoongi wasn't the only one who noticed his feelings towards Jeremy. Hoseok couldn't help but notice that his best friend was being extra touchy with the older boy. He used every opportunity he could to speak to Jeremy, listened intently when he couldn't speak. This caused Hoseok to feel a pang of emotion, he was mad and sad and happy all at once. He was envious, he wanted that type of attention from Yoongi. Deep down he knew it would probably never happen but a boy can dream.

As the day went on the group went for a walk to the school and climbed the monkey bars, they didn't even think about going home until the street lights flicked on. They all walked down the street, when they turned the corner Jeremy went the opposite way leaving Yoongi and Hoseok alone together. When Hobi was absolutely sure the older was out of earshot he turned to his best friend and asked him a question.

"So... you seem to really like Jeremy." Hobi said innocently. Yoongi stopped in his tracks and looked at his best friend. Oh course he noticed. Oh god was I being that obvious, oh god did Jeremy notice.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Yoongi asked. He played the clueless card, it didn't work.

"You like Jeremy. It's obvious, I've known you for 11 years and you've never looked at anyone like that. Not even Suran." Hoseok explains. Shit he knew.

"Don't worry I won't tell anyone." Hoseok said, probably seeing the gay panic on Yoongi's face.

"Thanks Hobi." Yoongi responds, he had a sad happy look on his face. His confusing feeling were only going to get more confusing. At least he could share his thoughts with someone he could trust, right?

As the boys reached their respective houses, they waved goodbye to each other then entered their houses. It didn't really hit Yoongi what had happened until he was laying alone in his bed, staring at the empty ceiling. Hoseok knows I like boys... Hoseok knows about my feelings... Hoseok knows. Yoongi himself didn't even know the full extent of his feelings, he wasn't ready for someone else to know. He wasn't even sure what he was. He didn't know is he was gay, or bi or what. He was just a confused little boy, with a big crush.

Maybe that's why their called crushes. Because it crushes you how much you want them.
