"Let's just say---" Alice paused finding the right word. "It's an acquired taste." John grinned with squinted eyes, he was glad Alice felt the same way about having pineapple toppings on pizza.

"Its an abomination!" John insisted. "Fruits on pizza, I mean seriouslyyy?"

"I refuse to dignify that statement with a reply..." Brian calmly replied, crossing his long spidery legs. The band and a few sound engineers including Alice were at the lounge area, eating their dinner.

"I mean its not bad," Freddie defended his favorite nerd. "Vitamin C on top of carbs, I'm down!" Brian gave a high-five to Freddie, appreciating his support.

"Roger?" John looked to the drummer, wondering his opinion.

"I just eat everything..." Roger insisted with a mouthful of pizza. The group laughed, "Guys, food is food. Just don't forget to floss after." He said it with a wink. Alice pursed her lips smiling, Roger was too charmingly funny.

"Babes, where's the wash room?" she turned to Freddie wriggling her fingers. Alice had eaten five slices of pizza, her hands were glistening with oil.

"Outside the studio. Just keep straight at the hallway and you will see the washroom sign," Freddie answered. He then took her hand and bit it playfully.

"Stop it..." she laughed walking away. Alice grabbed a handful of tissues and left the room.

"She's like butter..." Roger sang leaning in to tease Freddie. Freddie laughed, he knew how lucky he was, having a dramatic but understanding girlfriend like Alice. Though young, she was mature for her age.

"You know Fred, this album is important and all but you've got to set aside some quality time for the lady. I know I would if Alice was my girlfriend," John said, grabbing another slice from the pizza box.

"Yeah, get out more. Christine is always taking me out to these art galleries, and I'm always dragging her to the museums. You pick your battles is what I'm trying to say," Brian joined in.

Freddie sat himself next to Brian on the couch, "Yeah I'm not too hot on museums."

"Well how about a nice meal, I heard there's a new sushi chef in town. Don't you guys do month anniversaries, pssshhh..." Roger asked, licking the extra cheese drooping by his fingers.

"Yeah, it was last week." Freddie answered with pursed lips, looking down to the floor.

"Oh, you guys did anything special?" Brian nudged Freddie with his elbow.

"I came here..." Freddie buried his face into his palm. "Fuck! I'm such a bad boyfriend."

Brian patted his friend at the back, "It's not too late. Let's take tomorrow off so you can spend time with her."

Alice threw the paper towel into the dustbin. She then looked at herself in the mirror, taking a deep breath. She turned sideways and noticed her small bulging stomach. "Should not have taken the fifth slice, urgh." She left the washroom with a pout, her hands placed on the stomach muttering Baby Food, Baby Food.

"What's that?" a voice interrupted her monologue. She stopped on her tracks and turned to see Sid Vicious leaning on the wall, a cigarette at hand. Sid looked to Alice up and down, wondering how a beautiful girl like her could end up in a damp place like Wessex Studios.

"Oh, nothing..." she muttered, walking backwards. He could tell she was scared of him, wanting to leave immediately.

"Sorry," he quickly said, dropping his cigarette to the tiles and squashing it with his shoes. "I'm being rude. I'm Sid, Sid Vicious." He held his hand, waiting for Alice to offer hers.

"Oh, hello Sid." She murmured nervously, offering her hand reluctantly for a handshake. He swiftly took it and planted a kiss on her hand. "I'm--- I'm Alice, Alice Ainsworth."

"Hello Alice Ainsworth," he looked up still holding her hand. "Aren't you overdressed for a visit to the studio?" His eyes glaring at her body, licking his lips. Sid Vicious was standing next to her, with a leather jacket on and no shirt. She could see the cut on his chest, and it made her nervous.

"Yeah I should go---" she pulled back her hand, turning to leave. But Sid was quick to grab her by the elbow, Alice looked back to him, her huge brown eyes fluttering, she was scared.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to---" Sid blurted. Alice tried to loosen his grip on her arm, he noticed and quickly let go of it. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to--- Say it like that..." He apologized, scratching his head. Alice saw his face and he seemed genuine.

"Its fine..." Alice mumbled, looking him up and down. This was the famous new bassist of The Sex Pistols and she was not impressed, yet this person is who her friend Isabelle is obsessed with. Punk Rock is in trend at the moment but Alice was nonchalant of the new genre.

"I uh--- I'm recording next door, we could use a fresh set of ears." He proposed, hiding his hands to his back pockets.

Alice looked back to the Queen studio, then back to Sid. "I guess a quick visit would not hurt."

The runner boy, Andy, barged into the studio heaving for breaths. Everyone in the lounge looked at him stunned.

"You alright there?" Brian asked concerned.

"I--- I just saw---" Andy tried to form a sentence but was still heaving for breath.

"Okay, okay. Calm down darling," Freddie insisted patting Andy's back. "Dear god you looked like you just saw a ghost." John waved to Andy insisting for him to take a seat. He merely sat on the edge of the couch, fanning himself with a scrap of paper on the couch.

"I just saw Alice going into the next-door studio," Andy finally blurted out.

            Freddie's mouth opened, "What---"

"Yeah, I think she walked in with Sid, that horrid dude." Andy looked up to Freddie, his face red, he was fuming. Sid had dropped by earlier and acted rudely to Freddie and the band, and now he took Alice into the studio as if she was some groupie. But then it struck Freddie, he was more confused why would Alice went in with Sid.

"Fuck's sake Alice..." he muttered walking to the door.

"Fred---! Fred just calm down," Brian said following him from behind. John and Roger looked at each other and impulsively at the same time, took another slice of pizza as they followed the other two from behind.
