"H-How.. it was- I was sure that was... How?" Perrie stammered, stumbling as she tried to move back away from Jade. Her head was pounding. She can't believe this. It has to be Jesy.

"I remembered waking up in a hospital. Lauren, Jesy, and Zayn were there. They told me I had an allergy attack that's why I passed out. I know I was allergic to peanuts, but I want to eat it, just a little bit because of my curiosity. Lauren at that time bought some peanut butter sandwich. It was so inviting and tempting to eat, it was like calling my name. So, I ate it." Jade explained.

"But- But Lauren said it was Jesy Nelson." Perrie insisted. "That girl was freaking Jesy Nelson."

"No, Perrie," Jade said calmly. "Lauren is not good at remembering names. At first, she thought I was Jesy and Jesy was me. She also told us once that Jes and I are like twins. And Leigh had this shitty idea and tricked Lauren by switching our names. The prank went for two weeks. Then on that day, I planned to tell Lauren the truth and told her to meet me up at the park. Little did I know she was bringing those delicious-looking peanut butter sandwiches."

Perrie remembered their conversation earlier with Lauren. She had pronounced Jed's name as Jet Ellie, and her name as Penny instead of Perrie. She can't believe this. All these times, she wasn't falling for Jesy. Maybe that's the reason why she felt something wrong when she saw Jesy on her first day of high school. Maybe that's the reason why Jesy has a puzzled look on her face every time Perrie will mention about the incident. 'I don't know what you're talking about.' Jesy's voice rang inside her head.

"That means..." Perrie faltered. She looked at Jade and her heart clenched. She really can't fucking believe this. It was Jade Thirlwall after all!

I fell for a wrong girl, she thought.

"Jade... I can't- I don't.."

"Pez," Jade's voice was so soft and assuring. She wrapped her arms around her torso, trying to comfort the blonde, but Perrie was still shocked to move. "I know this is so hard for you to believe and understand. So I'll give you time. Uhm, yeah." She said and then slowly breaking the hug, tipping in her toes and kissed Perrie's cheek. "Uh, see you tomorrow, Perrie."

Jade started to walk, never looking back at Perrie. She just wanted to leave the blonde, not that she hates her for loving Jesy, but it's just that she knows deep inside Perrie needs some space. Jade was shocked at first, she knew at the time Perrie mentioned Jesy having an allergy attack- that wasn't her best friend at all. And it stirred some of Jade's memories. The way how her heart clenched so hard she wasn't able to breathe, the black spots that were soon overtaking her vision, Lauren's bloodshot eyes and puffy nose, Jesy's cursing words, and Zayn holding her hand when she woke up.

She realized that Perrie Edwards wasn't just her hero. She was also her savior, her Knight In Shining Armour, who used to hate her very, very much. Now, she was walking away from her. She didn't even know if Perrie would talk to her tomorrow.

Suddenly, she felt a strong hand pulling her wrist, making her turn around and to be met by a pair of sparkling sapphire eyes. Her arms immediately wrapped around her waist, putting her still. Her heart-shaped lips were slightly apart, eyes darting from Jade's brown ones than to her plump lips. Their faces were only inches apart, making Jade flushed. There was something in her eyes that the brunette can't quite recognize. The tension suddenly changed as Jade can feel Perrie's erratic heartbeat against her chest, and suddenly everything disappeared, leaving just the two of them.

She saw Perrie's eyes were focused on her lips, causing her to bit her lower lip. "J-Jade, I.," Perrie whispered as she starts to lean in. She paused when they were nose to nose, one hand reaching up to caress her cheek. Jade on the other hand instinctively wrapped her hands around the blonde's neck, not wanting for her to pull away if her mind ever changed.
