The sun was setting down when the two of them arrived at the park. Turning the skies into an orange and pinkish hue. Jade can't help but smile to herself.

"So tell me, what's so special about this place?" Her eyes landed on the spot where they almost kissed and suddenly, she found the ground more interesting. She felt Perrie shifted beside her, taking her hand and guiding them to who knows where. Perrie just smirks as a reply, settling her eyes on a certain tree that makes her stir her memories.

The closer they got, the more Jade was overwhelmed with old memories. She frowned. This was the same place she met- Blondie.

"So," Perrie breathed out, her smile never leaving her face. She drops her bag, plops down and took out Jade's sketchbook and her pen, leaning towards the old oak tree afterward. She chuckles before saying, "I know this is kinda weird, taking you to the park every time. But there's something- I mean, someone making this place important to me." She looks up and finds Jade still standing there, unable to move. "Hey, why aren't you sitting? I didn't tell you to stand all day there, right?" She tried to joke, to lighten up Jade's mood. But it wasn't working.

"Perrie," Jade said slowly as if something bad might happen. "I'm listening, continue your story."

"I, uhh.. you sure you don't wanna-"

"I'm sure, Pez. I don't feel like sitting."

"If you say so," she shrugged, kinda worried about the brunette. "Fine. There was this girl I met, maybe from nine years ago? But, yeah, she was crying." Perrie can't help but laugh at the memory. "Oh my god. I just- sorry, but it's just," She shook her head, trying to contain herself. "Her name's Brownie-"

"What?" Jade's eyes shot wide. She can't believe it. It's like something was taking all her energy and she wanted to kneel down and cry her eyes out. The names kept running through her head.

Brownie

Blondie

Brownie

Blondie

This is nuts. No, she was going nuts.

"Yeah, I know. You might think it's a dog's name, but no. She might or might not have insulted me by calling me Blondie."

"So, Blondie-"

"So, Brownie."

"Hey! That's a dogs' name!"

Shit, Jade cursed herself. Her hand found the pocket where she put the thing that according to Louis, she should give this back to her.

"Ahhh, it's been a long time since I last saw her. I remember coming back here every day after we met, hoping I could get a chance to see her again. No such luck. And I lost my necklace, too. Fun fact though, she was my first crush." After Perrie said that, Jade's heart wanted to explode. She didn't know what to say. She was overwhelmed by the fact Perrie could be Blondie, the girl she met a few years ago, here in this damn old oak tree that was standing in the middle of the park. Her eyes welled up, she wanted to sob.

Perrie noticed this and quickly stood up. Their eyes met. Jade took out the necklace so that Perrie can have a view on it. A tear slipped down on Jade's cheek. "Is this the necklace you've been looking for?" Now she understands. Louis knew it all along, he tried to tell Jade but she wouldn't let him speak.

Perrie's jaw dropped. She blinked three times just to be sure. Her fucking necklace was indeed in Jade Thirlwall's grasp. She was so happy, her heart was crazily pounding on her chest. She can't believe this. Finally, after a long, long time of waiting and probably, finding, she had met again-
