Ivy,
Well. I wasn't expecting you to be up for fixing what we had so quickly. I thought they'd be a little hesitation.
Not to say I don't want to, because I really do. You were first and foremost my best friend and I miss you terribly. I'm thrilled you're giving me a chance to be that for you again.
I want that back so bad, I suppose then I could actually talk about one of the million things on my mind lately.
Because I'll warn you, I'm plagued with so many issues. I hope you're prepared for a messy best friend. Again.
Are you keeping well? How is your family? There's so much I want to know, I need to catch up on everything.
Really? I mean, if you're up to it and still in New York this Friday, could we maybe meet at the cafe? You know the one, it used to be our cafe? If you do, I'll be there at 10, with your usual. I'll understand if you don't come.
Thank you for giving me the chance to make this right.
I miss you.
Matt x
