"... hey, you've reached my voicemail. im probably ignoring you to be fair, in which case you're best to leave an message. there's little chance I'll even answer you then to be quite honest... anyway laters...!"
"Ivy, please answer me, I- I- I'm sorry okay? Is that what you wanted to hear?" I sighed for what felt the thousandth time. I wanted nothing more than to know what she was thinking, "Just call me,"
"You're leaving her another message?" Kat sighed, appearing beside me.
"Yeah," I exhaled, jumping down from my stool.
I heard her chuckle lightly, "Why are men so clueless?" She muttered, "She's broken Matt. A message won't cut it? You broke her and you're thousands of miles away. Leave her be, let her heal,"
"If only you knew the half of it," I shook my head, not wanting to admit to how badly I fucked up.
How badly I broke her.
"What do you mean?" Kat stood opposite me, her attention completely focussed on me now, "You mean there's more?"
"I mean if only you knew just how badly I fucked up and ruined Ivy's life,"
