LENA POV:

Stef holds me tighter and tighter in her arms as I begin to calm down from my uncontrollable meltdowns as a nurse walks in the room making everyone sigh, but not a bad sigh.

"Lena, Stef" Sharon says clearing her throat at her sight. I lift my head from Stef's shoulders to see the nurse who helped find information about our baby standing in the doorway.

"I come with news, good news" she says as everyone sighs with relief knowing that at least our baby is alive.

"How is she? Where is she? Can we see her?" Stef nags with hundreds of questions as she raises to her feet.

"You can" the nurse says stepping outside the room leaving us all so confused. She throws her head to the side and signals someone to walk in and our midwife walks in, I've never been so happy to see anybody in my entire life, because she had a tiny little precious beautiful girl tucked up cosy inside her arms. My baby is here, in this perfect little world.

She passes her over to me as I lay in my bed. I've never loved anybody so much, this little baby is the luckiest girl on earth to have us as a family. We may have our challenges and step backs, but we're the strongest family you'll ever meet despite our regular emotional pain. Holding my girl in my arms made my life complete and instantly i cried. Again. But having her here is just a memory that will always be here. She's my world and my best friend already.

"She has your eyes" I say to Stef as she sits beside me. I pass her over to Stef as she plays with her tiny little fingers. "She has your little tiny fingers and toes, and curly little hair" she replies.

"Hey little monkey, it's me. Mom. I love you so frickin' much baby girl. Always and forever. And there is someone I'd like you to meet" Stef says as she hands her over to Frank on the chair beside us.

"Wow, she's a beauty. Does she have a name?" He asks, nobody has told him about our thought of name for her, because knowing that she is being named after him will make him feel so welcomed back into our small family and loved for the time we have been able to treasure him.

"Well

"Well... we think Frankie, some day hopefully not soon you'll have to leave us, god will take your loving soul away from us and we'd like Frankie to carry on your name and spirit. What do you think?" I return as his eyes weep showing all emotions, Frankie being named after him means the world to him, and there's only so many weeks he will see her grow and love and that breaks our hearts knowing Frankie won't get to know him the way we do, she's just a baby and won't get to remember him unfortunately but we will do everything to make his name remembered and honoured throughout this family and Frankie will learn how amazing he is and where her name has come from.

"And mom. Her full name is Frankie Dana Adams-Foster, you're my hero too mom." I say as tears run faster than a waterfall down her smooth cheek.

"Baby girl, I'm honoured" she replies.

Frankie gets passed around like a gift, but that is what she is. She's a gift to this family. A gift that will be treasured by us all and spoilt rotten by each and every one of us. Frankie is lucky to have us, and today, all of us being in this room supporting one another while we are all so nervous to know is Frankie made it or not was when I notice that she couldn't have a better family than us.

"Is she 100% okay then? She's okay to come home?" Sharon asks the midwife who still remains in the doorway taking in every magical moment of our precious time with our baby girl.

"She has been put in an incubator for oxygen, but she seems to be strong enough now, she should be due a feed soon enough though, so I'll leave you happy bunch to it. Congratulations, Frankie is lucky and seeing moments like this make me realise why I was desperate to have this job." The midwife returns soon leaving as everyone gathers together to admire my sweet baby. All gathered around my bed flooding her with love and affection, but I guess that's something she will have to get used to, because we all individually have enough to give to her throughout her life as my baby girl no matter what age.

"You'll always be my baby girl, I love you" I whisper into her ear as I brush her smooth baby skinned cheek as her eyes flutter shut.
