Loalade Disease

It wasn't an unknown thing for people who practiced magic to get diseases specially caused by their magic use. Common diseases were caused by love, such as Hanahaki disease. More uncommonly was Loalade disease.

We are currently in stage one.

-Stephens POV-

I groaned in frustration, shooting up from my bed as I was unable to fall asleep. My entire body was trembling and found myself flinching in pain upon impact much easier.

I placed a hand on my chest to feel my heart beating at a rapid pace. I groaned and looked down at my watch.
-4:58am-

Are you fucking serious? I called for Levi and they rested on my shoulders as I made my way down the Sanctum. I walked into the small kitchen and turned on the kettle.

Hopefully tea will help me sleep. When the kettle boiled I started to make my tea in silence. I stopped what I was doing when I felt my phone buzz in my pocket.

-Tiny Stark-

T: wizard you up?

I smiled at the message and typed a quick response.

S: Yeah can't sleep

T: come over I made something for you

I felt my heart race and my body trembled.

S: remember Stark I can and will drop you into a lake

T: I know you love me

I couldn't help but smile and tell Stark I'd be over in a minute. Tony and I had gotten much closer over the past few months and I enjoyed his company quite a lot.

I finished making my tea and grabbed my sling ring, opening a quick gateway to Starks lab.

"Wizard!" I looked to the smaller man and my heart jumped and a smile played my lips. "Hello Stark." I smiled and Tony waved me to come closer to his desk

"Give me your hands." He demanded and I gave him a questioning look before placing my tea in mid air, holding it up with a simple spell. I put my gloved hands forward and raised an eyebrow at the small man.

Stark reached to take off my gloves but I pulled away. "Wait what are you doing?" Stark groaned. "Wizard, cooperate." I rolled my eyes and gave my hands forward again, this time letting him remove my gloves.

Once my hands were exposed he places two small circle plates in them. He tapped the center of both discs and his nano tech formed around my hands. I stared in awe as they wrapped around my hands. As soon as my hands were covered completely my eyes went wide as I realized my hands no longer shook.

"W-what?" I looked up to see Stark smiling at me and my heart fluttered. "I've been working on this for about a month and it's finally done. Do you like them?" I was unable to come up with a response as my eyes filled with tears.

Tony must've noticed my tears as he pulled me into a hug, saying, "come here Wizard." I hugged Tony and let myself cry.

-time skip-

Once I had calmed down, Tony and I went up to his penthouse floor and talked with each other. We were in the middle of talking about some funny childhood stories when I felt very sick.

"You okay there Wizard?" I held my stomach and stood quickly, rushing to the bathroom, locking the door and holding my head. My stomach felt like it was about to explode and I stumbled onto the floor before vomiting into the toilet.
