Personal Phenomenon

So, this happened just a little while ago and I thought it was okay enough to put down because I don't know if it's paranormal, medical, or just a personal thing my body does in certain situations. I was reading someone else's book here on Wattpad and it was one of those Creepy Facts book. About 25 chapters into it, my fingers started getting weak and numb. As I kept reading my fingers got a tingly sensation as if a small electric current was going through them. My right hand ring finger even was getting a little blue as if I was cutting off circulation. This was the first time my fingers changed colors slightly, so I immediately took a break from the book.

Now, my fingers getting numb and weak isn't something new. It happens almost every time I read or watch or hear, etc. something considered creepy, stomach turning, sick, etc. Even if its something small like this one video on YouTube. Markiplier's first video of the Bad Dreams series. Every time he clicked on a little box that appeared or encountered a ghost child, a finger would get cut off. At the end of that video, those fingers were used to make a finger and dead fish stew. However, the rest of the Bad Dream series has that same concept of creepy and sometimes grotesque game play but that's the only one that triggers the finger thing.

When this happens I usually put pressure on my fingers by sitting on my hands and curling my hands into tight fists. After moments of doing this, they'll feel fine and normal. Today, was the first time I ignored the feeling. I was so into the book that i didnt want to bother taking a break for my fingers. Besides that, I didn't know if it would go away on it own if I let it be. What really confuses me, it's only on certain things. One time I was reading another book of gorey, bloody, and really twisted art work like mutilated bodies and bloodied weapons and blood splattered walls and really insane killers. Not once during that book or it's sequel did my fingers act up. I barely felt like I was gonna throw up unlike people in the comments. But, sitting in the car, looking out he window and on the news station of the radio a women starts talking about a paper cut that wouldn't stop bleeding, my fingers got weak and I practically beg for the radio to be turned off. I really don't get what my problem is here.

A few minutes before writing this, I was in the bathroom brushing my hair because my pillow made it really static-y. As I was putting the brush down, I did a final check in the mirror and a green ball of light appeared slightly above my shoulder. Since I was looking at the mirror I couldn't tell if the light was in front me or behind me and j was seeing the reflection. Either way, I look behind me and there's nothing and the light was gone without a trace.
