So, from this story you'll know this has been going on for a VERY long time. Since I was 3-6 or 7 years old for the this one, I don't remember a lot of this, but I've been told the stories multiple times. Enough times to have them power washed into my head and retell them whenever I feel like.

I was always a weird kid (Still am) and I loved make belief, music, drawing, making things. (still do) I lived with my mom and grandma, grandpa dying 5 years before I was born. From what I've been told, my cousin (my mom's brother's daughter) always played with my grandpa. He would do this karate chop thing and say "Kung-Fu-YA" and give her a light chop in the arm. As a toddler I acted and behaved like him a little. The startling thing was how much I KNEW about him and claiming things I knew was taught by him.

Randomly one day, I was in the car with mom while grandma was in a store buying a few things. Being like 3 years old, I was bored and was starting out the window into La La Land. Then, I noticed a payphone near the front wall of the store. I pointed it out to my mom, "Hey it's a phone you have to pay to call!" She asked "How do you know what that is? A cartoon?" I responded "No, grandpa told me. He taught me how to call with them and I called him!"

About 4 months later my mom was watching tv, flipping through the channel's and wrestling came on. "Wrestling!" I exclaimed, hopping up from my spot on the couch. "How do you know what this is?" my mom (again) questioned me. Yet I responded with the same, "Grandpa and I play it!"

There was a few occasions when I'd be talking to the wall or thin air in my grandma's bedroom, where I played a lot. Grandma and mom would hear me, ask you I was talking to and respond with two of the following, "Grandpa!" or "Angel!" No one's sure if Angel was an imaginary friend named Angel, or an actual angel. Sometimes, I'd be talking and mention 13 sisters and 10 brothers, despite being an ONLY CHILD to this day. No siblings at all. Knowing more about past lives and stuff along that matter, I think these sister and brothers were each from different lives of mine, but who knows?

One day on the road, a truck was going by and I got really hyped. "What?" asked my grandma. "I know how to drive that!" I had said pointing to the truck. "How?" my grandma always thought this was cute. "Grandpa taught me how to drive his! It's a big green one! He took me to Mars with it!" A few years later I found out he did have a big green truck and I've always had an interest in space.

One day me and mom were just chilling in the living room when I randomly said "I know grandpa's birthday." "Oh really? What is it?" she asked me. No one remembers what I said exactly, but my mom and grandma say that it was incredibly close.

I've always been told that my grandpa would've really liked me. After getting educated with spirits and stuff like that. I've come to the conclusion/possibility that he's my guardian angel, the siblings were from a past life, (previously mentioned) Angel was an angel helping grandpa. To this day, I randomly ask to hear these stories again. I'm not sure why, maybe for the feel of nostalgia. When we visit his grave, which isn't that often anymore, I always get this sense of comfort and satisfaction, liked I came back to a place where I won a million dollar prize or something. The first time I pointed this out to my mom and grandma, they jokingly said "Well, maybe that's Grandpa reaching out to you." I too it seriously though.

~Author's Note~ Any other time I'm referring to BOTH my mom and grandma, I'll be referring to them as 'my parents'. They are the ones who raised me, they're both biologically related to me, and that's what I call them when I speak so I will do so in my writing as well.
