Bruises and Burns

I get random bruises on my arms and legs almost every month. If I were to estimate, usually two a month because my body recovers from bruises easily and quickly. If it's on my arm, it's usually on the upper arm, slightly above the elbow and slightly below the shoulder. If it's on my leg, they appear everywhere. When I get them, they're pretty small, like I ran into a corner of a box or shelf. Its never anything really bad like getting it with a ball, rock or brick. Sometimes it could look like someone was grabbing me, but that usually doesn't happen either. I tend not to notice them until halfway through the healing process so I can't be sure exactly when each one appears, but I've made my estimate. I don't bruise easily, but it doesn't take too much of a blow to make it happen. I'm pretty average when it comes to the bruising rate.

The burns just recently started, I've only got one right now. It appeared right on my elbow. Its not a burn caused by fire or an oven. Its not a radiation burn. Its like a rug burn, but I haven't been laying on rugs, I've been in bed. It might've been caused by my sheets, so I'm not too worried about this right now.

I believe I get both in my sleep. I move around a bit in my sleep, so it's possible my arms could hit the headboard or tote next to the bed. I would say my legs could hit the footboard, but it's too short to be seen over the matters and I broke the decoration on the corners off, I can't hit the stumps of either. There's nothing I could hit my legs on, so I can't really explain them. I started on my wearing long pants. I barely wear shorts every year if at all. This year, I'm getting more comfortable with them, so I've worn shorts a few times. As for covering my arms, those can easily be explained, so I don't bother hiding those. Besides, no one seems to notice them. I'm not too concerned about these because I might've run into something and I forgot a later, then realize a bruise but don't remember running into anything even though I did. I have a tendency to run into doors and door frames, so it's possible I get the bruises from there. As for the burns, it must've been my blanket, sheets, or pillows because I know it wasn't a carpet and my clothes haven't done that before.
