Search of the Antiquorum (Astro boy X reader)

A beautiful sight

You sighed and gripped the steering wheel of the space ship while Veronica did her nails. You couldn't believe that you were actually taking her to planet green garden! This was absolutely ridiculous! You glanced behind you to see Astro and Plue playing a game of cards at the coffee table while Veronica did her nails. You then sighed and looked forwards.

"This had better be worthwhile." You muttered. Veronica glanced up in your direction.

"Hm? Did you say something just now?" Veronica questioned. You rolled your eyes at her.

"Nothing. We're almost there by the way so get ready." You told. Veronica glanced at Plue and Astro and sighed. She then stood up and blew on her nails.

"It's about time. This ship is quite slow." A tick mark appeared on your head and you glared at Veronica.

"I could always just dump your butt on another planet and you can WALK to planet green garden!" You shouted. Veronica rolled her eyes and walked up to you and sat in the other seat.

"Oh stop taking things so personally. I was only stating the truth." You growled and sped the ship up. You wanted to get this trip over and done with. Astro and Plue glanced at each other. They then finished up their game of cards and made their way over towards you.

"How long until we reach planet green garden?" Astro questioned. You glanced up at him and looked ahead of you.

"About ten more minutes. Look, you can already see the planet in the distance." You pointed out. Astro looked ahead on the screen and his eyes widened in awe. Planet green garden really lived up to its name. It looked very green with a few blue spots. It looked so full of life.

"Woah, that's planet green garden?" Astro questioned. Plue jumped up and hopped onto Astro's shoulders and leaned on his head while nodding.

"Yep! Although I've only been there once, planet green garden is supposed to be filled with beautiful gardens and caverns! It's got to be one of the galaxy's most beautiful planets. That said, planet green garden may be beautiful but it is also very dangerous." Plue explained. Astro raised his eyebrow at Plue.

"How is it dangerous?" Astro questioned. Veronica glanced at Astro.

"Well, although planet green garden may be beautiful, it has many dangers as well. There are beasts who will attack any travellers and there are also many dangerous plants. There are also beasts that decapitate robots too." Veronica stated. Astro paled and froze. He then clung onto your chair while giving you a nervous look.

"W-why are we going to such a dangerous planet!?" Astro questioned. You rested your hand on his in a comforting manner and smiled at him.

"Don't worry, we'll be fine. We're going there to meet with a person who has some information on the Antiquorum." You told. Veronica held up a finger and waved it at you.

"Ah ah ah, but not before we go to the crystal caverns and do what I need to do first." Veronica told. You sighed and nodded.

"Yes, that too." Veronica nodded and sat back. Ten minutes later, you all arrived at planet green garden.

Astro was the first one to leave the ship and he looked around in awe.

"Woah, everything is so green! And there are heaps of flowers!" Astro exclaimed as he looked at the lavish green fields with flowers littering the ground and the bushes. Veronica soon followed after him and nodded.

"Yes, these flowers are quite extravagant. I bet these flowers would look lovely around me." Veronica told as she did a little pose and winked at Astro. Astro however ignored her and ran over to a patch of flowers and looked at them with a smile. Veronica frowned at being ignored and huffed. You and Plue hopped off the airship and looked around with a smile. You then breathed in the air.
