Search of the Antiquorum (Astro boy X reader)

The twilit plains

When you and Astro walked back into the room, you saw Plue banging his head against the wall while the others sat on the ground. Your eyes widened.

"W-what happened?" You questioned as you ran over to Plue. Plue sighed and looked up at you.

"We're idiots, that's what happened." Plue stated with a stoned expression. You raised an eyebrow at this. You and Astro then glanced at each other and looked back at Plue.

"Um, want to explain?" Plue nodded and stood up.

"It's simple really. It took us twenty minutes just to figure out that this document was talking about the twilit plains." Plue told. Your eyes widened.

"It took you that long to figure it out?" Plue gritted his teeth and ran to the other side of the room.

"Don't judge me!" Plue cried as he crouched down into a corner. You sweat dropped at this and sighed.

"Well, at least we know where we're going." You said as you turned towards Astro, who nodded.

"Yeah, how long will it take to get there?" Astro questioned. You shrugged.

"Dunno, I've never been there before." You then turned towards Zack and pulled him up. "Hey Zack, how long will it take for us to get there?" You questioned. Zack snapped out of it and straightened.

"Well, we're not too far away from it. The reason it's covered in twilight all the time is because it's at the top of the five galaxies. It has four suns. It should take us about five hours to get there actually." Zack told. You rolled your eyes.

"Not that far my butt. But compared to other places I guess that this one is pretty close." You mumbled. Zack nodded and climbed into the pilot's seat. He then turned on the engines and set the coordinates towards the twilit plains. You sighed and sat down on the couch. You then yawned and laid down on it. Veronica frowned and flicked you in the forehead.

"If you're so tired then go sleep on your bed. Not the couch." You waved her off and put your hands under your head.

"Astro, guard me while I sleep..." You mumbled as you drifted off into dream land. Astro nodded and stood by you while you slept, fending you off from the evil clutches of Veronica.

Four hours later, you woke up to Astro handling Veronica as if she were a bull. He stood with his legs wide apart and was crouched with his arms out while Veronica hissed at him. You sat up and rubbed the sleep out of your eyes.

"Huh? What's happening?" You questioned. Astro glance back at you and straightened.

"Ah, good. You're awaAAAH!" Astro cried out when Veronica tackled him to the ground. He then continued to fend her off as she attempted to scratch him. You deadpanned at the two on the ground and turned towards the others questioningly.

"Uh, how long have the two of them been at this?" You questioned. Reno and Kennedy glanced at each other and shrugged.

"Ever since you had your little nap. Veronica is crazy." Reno commented while Kennedy nodded in agreement. Veronica heard this and snarled at them, causing for the two to jump and hug each other out of fear. You looked at Veronica with wide eyes. You then sat down on the couch and smoothed your hair out. Finally, Astro managed to get Veronica off him and sat up.

"Chill! Down!" Astro yelled. Veronica rolled back and grabbed a pillow. She then threw it at him. Astro gasped and dodged the pillow, which caused it to fly into your face. You grabbed the pillow and threw it at Veronica. Veronica caught the pillow and threw it back at you. You frowned and dodged it. You then grabbed two more pillows and threw them at her. A pillow war had now started. Zack sighed and shook his head.
