Search of the Antiquorum (Astro boy X reader)

A new goal

You sat in a wheel chair as you watched Plue nervously. By using those crutches you had put a lot of strain on your body, making it worse. Steiner wore goggles over his eyes as he worked on Plue's body. You clenched your hands together and silently prayed for Plue's safety. Astro held onto the handles of your wheel chair while watching Steiner work on Plue. Steiner wiped the sweat off his head as he finished the last final touches. Steiner then grinned and walked over to the power outlet and connected some cords to Plues body. Steiner then pulled down a lever and electrical currents went into Plue's body. You watched in anticipation as the electrical currents worked through Plue's body, reviving him. Steiner then shut off the power system and walked over to Plue.

"Wake up, Plue." Steiner told. Plue's eyes fluttered open and everyone sighed in relief. Plue then gasped and shot right up and got into a fighting position.

"Let me at him! How dare he try to hurt Y/N!? Huh?" Plue looked around in confusion and scratched the back of his head. "Wait, weren't we just in the blue dragon's base? Why are we here?" Plue questioned. Astro ran over to Plue and hugged him tightly.

"You're back!" Astro exclaimed. Plue's eyes widened and he looked at Astro with wide eyes.

"Huh?" Astro grinned at Plue and brought him over to you and held him in front of you like a child showing their friend a cool new toy.

"Look Y/N, he's alive!" Astro exclaimed. You smiled and nodded. You then held your arms out and Astro handed Plue to you. Plue looked up at you as you gave him a teary smile. You then hugged him to your chest.

"Welcome back, buddy." You told. Plue's eyes widened. He then realised what happened. He had died again. Tears pricked the corners of Plue's eyes and he hugged you back.

"I'm sorry for worrying you." Plue apologised. You shook your head and hugged him tighter.

"No, you protected me again. I should be the one saying sorry for being so weak." You told. Plue sniffled and looked up at you and grinned.

"Trust me you're anything but weak." Plue then jumped off from your lap and looked at everyone. "So, was that Tamaki guy defeated?" Astro nodded and punched the air.

"Yeah, I punched him because he hurt you. He ended up going flying into the wall." Astro told. Plue stared at Astro with a blank expression. He then slapped his forehead and frowned at Astro.

"Astro! You don't just go slamming humans into walls! You have to learn to hold back!" Plue scolded Astro as Astro sat on his knees and nodded in shame. Everyone laughed at the two robots. Veronica calmed her laughter and looked at Steiner.

"Steiner, now that we've helped you with your little 'problem', how about you share with us what you've found?" Veronica suggested as she rested her hand on her hip. Steiner nodded and took out some documents.

"Yes, thanks to the blue dragon's fundings, I've discovered that there are ancient documents which give clues to the Antiquorum's whereabouts. But they're scattered all over the Galaxy." Steiner told. You nodded.

"How many documents are there in total?" You questioned. Steiner looked at you.

"Twelve. Each document gives a clue to the Antiquorum's whereabouts as well as clues to the next location the document is in. I know where one document lies, but the rest you'll have to find out on your own." Steiner told. He then held his back and sighed. "I'm too old to go searching for the documents myself, so you youngsters will have to go on without me." You smiled and nodded.

"Don't worry Dr Steiner, we'll find them. We will make you proud." You told as you grinned at the old doctor. You then turned towards Zack. "Hey Zack, you said that you wanted to join us right?" Zack nodded. You grinned at him and gave him a thumbs up. "You proved to be a great friend so welcome to the team!" You exclaimed. Astro grinned and hugged Zack.
