You hummed in thought as you thought of the text that Plue had previously read. A ballad of the goddess? Hmm... You were knocked out of your thoughts when Astro's face suddenly appeared in front of yours.
"Hey Y/N guess what?" Astro asked. You cried out in surprise and fell backwards.
"Wah! Ugh." You groaned as you laid on the floor. Astro's eyes widened and he helped you up.
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you." Astro apologised. You shook your head and waved him off.
"Nah, it's all good. What was it that you wanted?" You questioned as you turned towards him. Astro grinned and lifted up Sir Fluffy. Astro had given the bunny this name. Sir Fluffy was dressed up in a mini tuxedo and a small top hat. You sweat dropped. Where did he even find the outfit for this? Astro smiled at you.
"Well? What do you think? Doesn't he look refined?" Astro questioned. You looked the bunny up and down and giggled.
"I have to admit, he does look quite cute." Astro grinned and began to pet Sir Fluffy.
"I think so too." Plue was walking by when he heard your laughter and he looked up and gasped.
"Is that my tuxedo!? Why is that blasted rabbit wearing it!?" Plue cried. You glanced down at him and looked at the bunny. Plue then sighed and glanced to the side. "I guess I'm getting replaced." Plue muttered. You giggled and picked Plue up. You then hugged him tightly.
"No one could ever replace you, Plue. You're my best friend and always have been." You told. Plue smiled and hugged you back. Astro smiled at the scene.
"Aww." Astro then felt Sir Fluffy shift in his arms and jumped down and ran away. "Hey, wait! I still need to show you to everybody!" Astro cried as he chased after the bunny. You put Plue down and watched as he ran off after Astro and Sir Fluffy.
"Hey! If you wreck that suit you're paying for it!" Plue shouted as he shook his fist. You chuckled. You then sighed.
"Okay, now to get back to the task at hand." You told yourself and turned towards the computer. You then walked towards Reno, who was seated at the computer. "Hey Reno, have you found anything yet?" You questioned. Reno hummed in thought as he scrolled through the websites.
"No, not yet. Although the song 'A goddess's ballad' has turned up multiple times, I can't find any information connected to its birthplace." Reno told. You hummed in thought.
"Hmm, try searching up the lyrics." Reno nodded and typed in the song. He then frowned.
"All there is leading to lyrics is this one video. It looks pretty old." Reno stated. You shrugged.
"Just press on it. Let's see who's singing it." Reno nodded and plugged in some wireless ear phones and handed one to you. You took it and placed one in your ear. Reno then pressed the play button.
'The video consisted of a young girl who wore a pink dress and had black spiked hair styled to look like two horns. She had chocolate brown eyes and a loving smile. She stood in the middle of a forest surrounded by animals and the light shone down on her, making her look like a mini goddess. The small girl closed her eyes and clasped her hands together and opened her mouth. She then began to sing.
"Skies, that are oh so high,"
"Wings, that let us fly,"
"March, forward,"
"Go, skyward,"
"A gift, from her grace,"
"A thought, of her face,"
