You froze as the very words left Gabriel's mouth. Astro was...the creator of the Antiquorum...? You slowly turned towards Astro to see his expression of absolute shock on his face. Everyone in the room was dead silent as they waited for someone to speak. You slowly turned back towards Gabriel and gave him a shaky look.
"W-what do you mean that Astro is the creator of the Antiquorum?" You stuttered. Gabriel smiled.
"It's just as I said it. Astro is the creator of the Antiquorum. He created the documents leading to it and even put himself as the twelfth and final document. It honestly makes me laugh how he has controlled the lives of so many who have searched for it and never found it. You on the other hand my dear, you have succeeded. You succeeded in playing his little game. You even brought him along for the ride! I must congratulate you." Gabriel told as he clapped. You frowned.
"Astro was NOT toying with us. I don't know why he did all this, but he must have had a good reason to." You shot back. Gabriel chuckled slightly and gestured to him.
"Then why don't we ask him ourselves?" Gabriel questioned. Suddenly, everyone's eyes were on Astro. Astro jumped and glanced around nervously. He then glanced at you and looked down at his boots. Your eyes softened at Astro. You then turned towards Gabriel and frowned at him.
"He doesn't have his memories, so he won't have any answers for you." You told him. Gabriel's smile dropped slightly and he eyed you. He then glanced at Astro.
"Hmm, yes. Him losing his memories is certainly a hassle. After all, we need his memories to proceed in finding the Antiquorum." You growled and took a step towards Gabriel. Everyone else just stood to the side and watched, too shocked to really process what was happening.
"Now listen here, you. Astro doesn't want his memories back and I'm not going to force them on him. We'll use the documents that we already have to find the Antiquorum. Astro is our friend so we won't put him in risk." You stated. Gabriel eyed you for a moment. He then raised his fingers and snapped them.
"I was hoping that you and I could work together, but it seems like we have our differences. Boys, cast the net and grab Astro." You all gasped as you were suddenly covered by a neon blue electric net and fell to the ground. You gritted your teeth and struggled to get up. Your body, it was getting numb.
"A-Astro!" You cried. Astro gasped and went to free you when he was grabbed by the two larger men. Astro struggled against them but they were simply too strong. How was that possible!? Gabriel smirked.
"It's no use fighting against them. They're both robots like you. Robots with kokoro and strength." Gabriel told. Your eyes widened as well as Astro's.
"They're illegal robots?" Veronica muttered. The two large robots then began to drag Astro towards the capsule he had slept in. Astro's eyes widened and he began to kick and scream as fear built up inside him. You gasped and watched helplessly as they dragged him away.
"STOP! PLEASE! ASTRO DOESN'T WANT HIS MEMORIES BACK! DON'T TORTURE HIM!" You cried as tears rolled down your cheeks. Reno growled and struggled to move.
"YOU HEARTLESS MONSTER!" Reno yelled. Gabriel smirked and walked into the control room. You growled.
"Plue!" You yelled and looked at him. Your eyes then widened in shock when you saw Plue lying on the ground, inactive. What happened to him!? Was it the net? Gabriel watched as the two men forced Astro into the machine and closed it. He then smirked and began to fiddle with the controls.
"Please stop! Astro doesn't want this!" Kennedy cried. Gabriel ignored him and pressed the confirm option. Suddenly, Astro cried out and screamed in pain as electrical currents seeped through his body.
