Perfection For Us (Bleach Story) Ch.35 Ishi V.S. Kori Finneh

Ishi skidded back at her zanpakuto’s powerful attack. Ishi panted as she looked upon her dear Kori. Kori had her sword raised with her arm out straight. The ice swirled around the white haired girl. Ishi looked at her zanpakuto with eyes of pain. Kori felt a tug in her chest so she roared “do not give me that look! You set this upon yourself!” Ishi’s look changed to one of sadness. “You’ve always ignored me!” Kori yelled. “No I haven’t………..Kori don’t you remember? All of the dreams we’ve shared all of the laughs and cries. How can you say I ignored you? I’m always thinking of you even now.” Ishi spoke so softly.  Kori roared in anger and said, “Ice daggers!” Ishi dodged as best as she could. What could she do to finally make Kori see that Ishi would never ignore the dear zanpakuto? Kori wouldn’t hear it though so Ishi decided it was time to do some offensive.

Ishi twirled the blade by its ribbon like she would if she were doing ice storm or the higher power up ice whirlwind and she let it fly right into Kori. Kori barely dodged taking the blade to her stomach. Ishi was serious about this. Kori could tell. Ishi was holding back but she would do whatever it took to get her zanpakuto back. Ishi looked like she was ready to even kill Kori. Cradling her stomach Kori looked at Ishi with a look of pure shock, “why?.......” Kori said coughing a little. “Why is he so important!” Kori finished. Ishi looked at Kori. “I love him.” She said. Kori shouted “no you don’t! Take it back! Icy bees!” Ishi took the attack. Even afterwards she said, “I love him.” “Icy whirlwind!” and Ishi was thrown into the trees. “I love him.” She said as she stood up roughly and struggling. Then Ishi moved forward. “Hado number 33 shakkaho!” she yelled the red orb forming in her hand as she charged. Then up close it went off knocking both of them back from each other. Ishi flew while Kori skid. Ishi stood up while Kori got her bearings. Kori was still getting her sense of hearing back when Ishi nearly got her with a blow but she moved just in time. Kori skidded still slightly dazed but she was on her feet. Kori raised her sword and swung it in the arc of ice and the giant arc nearly shredded Ishi to bits if Ishi had not stopped it fast enough. Ishi coughed up blood from the impact but she didn’t cry out like most would. She stood still and charged.

“Tell me the truth what is so good about him?” Kori asked almost pleading for answers. “I love him.” Ishi said and Kori threw her back and Ishi’s back hit the wall. “Icy daggers!” Kori roared. After the giant barrage of ice was over Ishi moved forward almost robotically. “But I love and care for you too.” with that Ishi fell. Kori felt the control over her break. Then she transformed into the icy guard dog and did a single mournful howl. Then Kori transformed back into her human form and she skidded over to her master and picked her up running with her.

Kori heard Ishi mumbled in her sleep. Then she sat up. And Ishi winced as she sucked in breath from the pain. “Master-sama are you alright?” Kori said going to her. Ishi looked at Kori. Then she tackle hugged the zanpakuto spirit. Kori fell back from the weight but she was shocked that Ishi had forgiven her that quickly. Ishi looked at her “are you okay?” Kori asked. Ishi nodded, “sore but I’m good.” she said in response. Kori nodded. “Um…………Toshiro returned from fighting Hyorinmaru….” Kori trailed off. Ishi smiled and hugged her zanpakuto and stood up brining the girl with her. “Let’s visit them then.” Ishi said. Together they walked. Ishi knocked softly on the door. A tall man with an icy x on his face with weird hair and eyes opened the door.

“Hyorinmaru my master-sama. Master-sama this is Hyorinmaru.” Kori said quickly. Ishi nodded to Hyorinmaru. The male zanpakuto nodded back and then Ishi rushed past him where Toshiro rested. Ishi sat next to him. He looked so peaceful. Ishi smiled a little and kissed his forehead and she ran her hands through his hair. Toshiro seemed to pretty much physically relax at the repetition of the movements. Hyorinmaru and Kori stood near the door. “I don’t know what muddled me but it ticks me off.” Kori growled lowly to herself more than anyone. “Nor do I, I suspect it was Murumasa.” Hyorinmaru said making Kori jump at the voice. Kori’s blade of grass almost fell to the floor but Kori caught it in time and put it back in her mouth slightly grumpy. “Whatever.” She said. Hyorinmaru found himself with a very small smile at the immature Kori. Like blade like soul reaper.
