Ishi was leading the group to the designated area. They had to hurry it wasn’t much longer until the barrier that all of the captains threw up will break. Finally they reached it. An area on a mountain where a few places were. They had a barrier unit guarding the place. Ishi assisted the head captain into the place dubbed as the “War Room.” “Alright now that we have a more secure base we can plan our attack. Mako is already turning your office into his own sir.” Ishi said. The head captain grunted. Ishi sighed. “Don’t worry all dangerous information has been hidden or locked away. He won’t find anything he can use against us. He’s using some of the barracks to house his men. We chose this place so the soul reapers would have the advantage with our barrier that opens only to us. The Shattered cannot enter. This means we hold home court advantage.” Ishi spread out a map across the table. She pointed to an area in between the back and front. “This is our medical station. Behind that are the rest areas. Then up front is immediate and emergency care.” Ishi explained. The head captain nodded for her to continue

“I don’t know Mako’s layout but it doesn’t matter. The shattered don’t feel pain. Now that we have a cure on the way Kurosutchi’s lab here will be our main focus point on protecting so we can get the cure in the air. Until then we need to hold off the Legion of Shattered.” Ishi said. The head captain nodded curtly. “So our main priority is guarding the lab until the cure is finished and ready to be airborne?” Ishi shook and nodded her head. “He’s creating a liquid first then he has to find a way to make it airborne without it injuring us but still curing the Shattered. So it might take a while.”  Ishi sighed. “So we are stuck in a game of wait….” The head captain said. Ishi nodded. “We have to wait and fight sir. That is our priority he’s unleashing his legion in a few weeks. He let us Broken Shinigami see that. We still need reserves to guard that attack.” Ishi said. The head captain nodded. “Is this all?” he said. Ishi nodded. “You’re dismissed then.” He said. Ishi nodded again and left.

“They say that the squad 14 captain is planning this war.” A squad member said. “I don’t trust her. Even if she was a Shinigami. How do we know she isn’t gonna turn on us?” another said. “Because if she did we’d kill her.” A cold voice said. They jumped and turned to see Hizume. “Ishi is fighting for you so shut up and learn your place! Ishi tells you to fight you fight. To dance you dance. To bark you bark. Under stood!” Hizume snapped. The four men jumped and said, “Yes MA’AM!” then they ran off. Yoruichi had taken Aichi to the human world, but was delayed in returning to fight alongside them. Hizume bit her lip. Ishi said their game plan was set. They could only hope it works. “Ishi is working much too hard for a woman due in a few days.” Hizume muttered. She kept walking patrolling the barrier where the Shattered Shinigami await. Hizume stepped out for a moment and killed ones who were much too close for her comfort.

Hizume sighed. That’s when finally Toshiro and Byakuya’s group swooped in preparing for battle. It took them long enough to get here didn’t it? How long does it take honestly? Hizume quickly drifted back into the barrier. She’d leave the fighting to the soul reapers for now. Hizume sighed. This was getting much harder. The soul reapers were beginning to let their true feelings about the Broken show. And it was obvious they didn’t trust them. How can I blame them? Suddenly we appear out of now where and then behind us Mako comes. Ishi is quick to jump into help. We must look horrible in their eyes. Hizume thought. But would it kill them to trust us a little?  Hizume said looking up at the blue sky above. She took a breath. This was getting rough and Ishi’s plan required mandatory trust and devotion. Only the ones who truly know the Broken have trusted them with their lives. And now that Kiyone is hurt both Ukitake and squad 13 are devastated. And so is Keiichi. But Keiichi is holding up forcing himself to go on for Kiyone. I hope they managed to get that date in. Hizume thought as she kept walking into the shadows. Unaware of the eyes that watched her every move. Heard her every thought. And waited for her time to come. Soon but not yet. Soon. So very very soon.
