Perfection For Us (Bleach Story) Ch.59 Nine Battles Begin & One Ends

Ishi was bleeding but her ice had stopped it. Then she focused on healing. She had a problem with healing. She could only heal and fight at different times. That’s why she used the unhealing ice patch.  But she finally found the remains of the soul bridge and focused it as a link to Toshiro.  Then she was floating over it and she emerged in icy tundra. The billowing winds almost knocked her down. She walked around. Where were Toshiro and Hyorinmaru? She only had a few minutes to spot him before the bridge would break. Where was he? Ishi continued through the tundra determined to find her love even if it killed her in the process Toshiro must live!

Yuki and Mika were locked in battle. “You always were impatient weren’t you?” Mika hissed flipping her hair from her face as their blades locked for the hundredth time. “So you had a plan huh? Guess you didn’t count on Hizume rebelling, or Aiko and your precious twins dying did you?” Yuki hissed. Mika growled and kicked the smaller woman in the gut sending her flying back. “So what if they died. Soon enough our plan will be clear. Aizen assured us we would get our vengeance.” Mika growled. How come I just knew Aizen was involved? Yuki thought bitterly. Then she held out her sword. “Raise your head Mayakana no Ryu!” her blade transformed. Then she charged. Mika got struck. She hissed. “You’re serious.” Mika said with a smirk on her face. “Yes I am.” Yuki said. “YUKI!” a familiar voice called. She saw Kimi. Kimi hadn’t moved she just stood there. Kimi smiled. “DON’T DIE!” she yelled up. Yuki found herself smiling a little.

Ukitake and Kyoraku were walking around. Arai would show up to kill them they knew that much for sure.  Just when would he come at them? “This is becoming tiresome. We’re all waiting on people to come and try to kill us.” Kyoraku sighed. Ukitake nodded and said, “Ishi is M.I.A from trying to break Ryuu Ran’s mind control over captain Hitsuguya. Yuki is fighting with Mika and Hizume went off chasing the triplets. Also the head captain is waiting for the elder to come at him.” then they heard a familiar voice. “Well it’s your lucky day. It’s my turn to fight. How in convenient that my sons and daughter died but who cares just meat to feed to the dogs. As long as Mika and I still stand with Aizen nothing else matters.” They turned and there stood Arai. The two captain’s hands went to their swords. “Shall we begin?” Kyoraku asked. Arai drew his zanpakuto. After devouring their swords the swords re-manifest as just tools their true power lies in their monster forms.  Then the men seemed to pause then they were gone and their battle had begun.

Ishi moved through the tundra when she saw it. A dragon laying on its side and a boy right beside it. Only the boy looked sickly as though he had a fever. Ishi dashed over and skidded across the ice and she fell but she had found him. She had found Toshiro. She then sensed the bridge collapse. She had found him before that though so she wouldn’t be trapped here. She gently picked his head up from the snow. Ishi raised a hand and the ice formed on it and it glowed a gentle blue. She rested it over his heart as she cradled him. The light radiated through his body. Slowly the ill look began to fade from his face. She kissed his forehead but continued on with her work. She noticed the dragon getting some life back in him too. It was working.

Yuki and Mika were toying with each other. Yuki sensed something was wrong about this. Mika had seemed so ferocious a few moments ago. Then it hit her. They were buying time. But for what?? What were they buying time for? Yuki then knew she had to kill Mika. She was one of the big shots in the family so it would cripple them greatly. If she killed Mika and Kyoraku and Ukitake killed Arai that would leave the grandmother, the one whom Urahara is interrogating, and the triplets. So she sighed as she raised her sword. “I could’ve killed you immediately. Since you did not devour your blade because you are not a Ran by blood. I thought I could get a reason and closure but now I see the only way to get closure is to kill you.” Then she ran forward so fast Mika didn’t have time to run before she was cut in half. Mika just smiled. “Ha….Ryuu is getting him then you will all fall.” Then she died. Yuki growled. Getting who? She thought.
