The instant the news arrived of what was going on no one could find Ishi and Hizume at all nor their zanpakuto. So everyone had to leave without them. Little did everyone know that the two women were dealing with their own problems………..
“A captain and Lieutenant! How disgraceful you should be bedding nobles not commoners!” Lady Hana’s daughter was saying pacing back and forth in front of Hizume and Ishi. “We need to be fighting that Kuchiki guy….” Ishi mumbled. “Why did she have to choose now of all times?...” Hizume added in agreement. Kashikona was very angry at them. Houseki no Joo and Kori were behind their masters sharing their misery. Ishi and Hizume looked back together they mumbled, “Go help the others fight.” And the two zanpakuto nodded and left. Then Ishi and Hizume turned and Ishi said, “who ever said anything about bedding!” because Hizume realizing what Kashikona was talking about was dark red with embarrassment.

Kori and Houseki no Joo arrived at the scene and they began to fight. Then Kori walked right up to Byakuya and slapped him in the face then she turned back to the fight at hand. Kori and Houseki no Joo then did a combo attack. Then they activated their bankai. Toshiro called out, “Where are Ishi and Hizume?” Kori looked back and said, “personal problems hold their time they couldn’t get out of it even if the world as we know it was about end.” Toshiro was confused but he just sighed and continued to fight with Hyorinmaru. Kori and Houseki no Joo sighed and wondered how bad their poor masters were getting it from that she demon.

Ishi and Kashikona were throwing insults back at one another trying to win this conflict. Hizume being the peaceful one out of pure nature just let them bicker knowing she would get involved if she interrupted their….ahem….. “conversation”. Ishi was angry that this woman would dare to tell them to break off their relationships with Toshiro and Renji. Hizume was to but controlled her anger. They really needed to be out there helping the other soul reapers but at this point there was no leaving or Kashikona would be granting their hands to any noble male with enough gall to ask. Ishi felt the knowing feeling of hatred at this point and was about ready to nail this woman in the face.

Kori and Houseki no Joo were on their way back. They left the battle to Ichigo and the others knowing once that Murumasa and his master were defeated they too would disappear into a bunch of sparkles. The two arrived to see Ishi and Hizume waiting outside with Ishi panting. Kori and Houseki no Joo could feel the magic began to fade away. Kori and Houseki no Joo walked up to their masters. “Master-sama….. We have to go now.” Kori said hugging Ishi. Ishi understood. She knew she wouldn’t always have Kori there with her but she wished she could be here with her forever still no matter how childish it seemed. She sighed. Hizume and Houseki no Joo grasped each other tightly. “I’ll miss you Hizu-chan.” Houseki no Joo said. Hizume laughed strained. “We won’t be separated forever you’ll always be with me.” Hizume said. Houseki no Joo and Kori began to fade away from their master’s embraces making Ishi and Hizume want to cry but not.

Toshiro and Ishi sat side by side. And Hizume and Ishi were side by side with Renji being on Hizume’s right and Ishi being on Hizume’s left. “So what is going on? Why can’t we hear them?” Hizume asked. Ishi said, “We don’t know but all I know is that I trust them.” The other three thought about then nodded.
